Research On Countermeasures For Ideological And Political Education Of Postgraduates In Colleges And Universities In The New Era

In the new era,the Party Central Committee attaches great importance to ideological and political education in universities.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that "ideological and political work in universities is placed in a prominent position" and "ideological and political work is the lifeline of various work in schools",pointing out the direction for ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.The reform of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities across the country has gone deeper,which has an urgent practical demand for further improving and strengthening the research on the countermeasures of ideological and political education for postgraduates in colleges and universities in the new era.Firstly,this paper defines the connotation of the ideological and political education of postgraduates in the new era on the basis of consulting the literature to understand the current situation of the relevant theoretical research,and the correct basic understanding has formed that the "new era" in "ideological and political education for postgraduates in the new era" is mainly reflected in new guiding ideology,new postgraduate missions,and new ideological and political work methods for postgraduates.At the same time,this paper discusses the particularity of ideological and political education of postgraduates in the new era from four aspects:the comprehensive ideological and political quality of postgraduates presents a hierarchy,the characteristics of ideological and political theory learning of postgraduates tend to be personalized,the role of the ideological and political education of the postgraduate mentor team tends to be obvious,and the ideological and political education of postgraduates is faced with new situations.Among them,it is the first time to introduce the concept of "time points and nodes of ideological and political education for postgraduates in the new era",and try to analyze and demonstrate the particularity of ideological and political education for postgraduates in the new era according to the law of ideological and political quality development of postgraduates,so as to find a new starting point and focus.Secondly,a series of important conclusions about Party leaders,especially General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important ideological and political education work,were summarized and interpreted,providing a theoretical basis for improving ideological and political education for postgraduates in universities in the new era.On this basis,the practical basis for strengthening the ideological and political education of postgraduates in the new era is discussed from three aspects: the improvement of postgraduates’ quality,the connotative development of universities,and the modernization of the country.Thirdly,taking some postgraduates in 25 domestic universities as objects,and the research methods of questionnaire Star network survey and partial interview were used to investigate and research the ideological and political status of postgraduates in the new era and the status of ideological and political education of postgraduates in universities.The conclusion with some valuable reference that the ideological and political quality of college graduates and their education status is generally good,and the cause analysis of the existing deviations is conducted.Finally,based on the particularities and actual needs of ideological and political education for postgraduates in the new era,the countermeasures and reflections has been proposed from five aspects,including enhancing the teaching effectiveness of postgraduate ideological and political theory courses,promoting the close integration of ideological and political education work with postgraduates campus life,integrating ideological and political education work into the entire process of academic research,strengthening the management of postgraduate organizations,and promoting the scientificization of ideological and political education assessment of postgraduates.With a view to benefiting the healthy development of ideological and political education of postgraduates in the new era.
