Since the 21 st century,with the continuous development of the world economy and science and technology,profound changes have taken place in the field of social life.The concept of multiple values has constantly impacted people’s ideas around the world,and has also brought difficulties and challenges to the development of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.In order to promote the implementation of the ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new era,which will educate people for the Party and the country,and earnestly shoulder the responsibility of the times to stand up and cultivate people,and further meet the people’s requirements and expectations for the ideological and political work in colleges and universities,colleges and universities need to seek the transformation and development of their own work urgently.Based on this,this paper will put forward these five parts to explore the path development of collaborative education of college ideological and political work under the "Great Ideological and Political" perspective through background sorting-concept interpretationtheoretical analysis-status quo research-countermeasures.First of all,it analyzes the connotation of "General Ideological and Political Education" "Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities" and "Collaborative Education",and clarifies the research object and scope of this paper through the interpretation of their concepts.On the basis of a certain understanding of the concept,further clarify the characteristics of collaborative education of ideological and political work in colleges and universities under the perspective of "General Ideological and Political Education",and clarify the necessity of research on the changes of times,problems,requirements and methods.Secondly,the theoretical basis for the collaborative education of ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the perspective of "General Ideological and Political Education" is explained one by one.It includes system theory,synergetics theory and Marxist human theory,which provides strong support for the subsequent discussion.Thirdly,the effective practices and existing problems of collaborative education of ideological and political work in universities from the perspective of "General Ideological and Political Education" are sorted out from different dimensions.A comparison is made to point out the objective and subjective challenges that exist in practical work,and there is an urgent need for optimization between the whole and part.It should be a combination of tradition and innovation.And further explore the contradiction between the complexity of education and the difficulty of collaboration;The absence of system integrity and individual collaborative design;The contradiction between the solidification of ideas and the dynamic development of the system;The loss caused by the demand for subject communication and the waste of resources provides a reference for the study of specific paths.Finally,based on the sorting out of current problems and the analysis of their causes,countermeasures are analyzed from four levels: top-level design,team building,channel collaboration,and carrier optimization.This article believes that the two-way interaction between the top and grassroots levels should be continuously strengthened on the basis of improving mechanism construction;Continuously enhancing the synergy and integration among various subjects based on clarifying their roles;Continuously achieving reasonable innovation in connection based on streamlining link connections;Continuously improving the effective utilization of resources based on the characteristics of quasi carriers. |
