Based On Data Mining, We Discussed The Experience And Medication Rule Of The Tutor Wang Yirong In The Treatment Of Ovulation Dysfunction Infertility

Research background: Infertility can be divided into primary infertility and secondary infertility.According to the statistics of clinical patients' consultation rate,the incidence of infertility has been increasing year by year in recent years,of which ovulation disorder is the main reason.Infertility not only causes psychological stress and trauma to women,but also affects their normal work and life.Western medicine has a single treatment method for ovulatory dysplasia and obvious clinical side effects.Traditional Chinese medicine is based on the holistic view,and based on syndrome differentiation and treatment,with significant clinical efficacy and no obvious toxic and side effects,which is generally recognized by patients.Therefore,it is significant to explore the TCM treatment of ovulatory infertility.Objective: Through the software of "traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)",this paper discusses the medication rules of the tutor in the treatment of ovulatory dysplasia infertility with data mining technology,and summarizes the tutor's clinical treatment of this disease in combination with clinical teacher learning and literature research.The experience provides reference for the treatment of ovulatory infertility in modern Chinese medicine.Methods: A total of 65 patients with ovulatory infertility who were admitted to the outpatient department of liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected.According to include and exclude standards strictly standardized screening was carried out on the cases,the patient information such as name,age and prescription input to a database of Microsoft Excel 2007,using the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform(V2.5)"software to carry on the analysis,through the analysis of the data mining results mentor for treatment of ovulation disorder infertility drug laws,summarize tutor experience for the treatment of the disease.Results: In 65 cases of patients with an average age of 32.82±3.03 years,statistical tutor during this period 45 taste ovulation obstructive infertility treatment with traditional Chinese medicine,drug use frequency of a total of 1057 times,one of the highest frequency of usage the top ten Chinese medicine as: cornu cervi,incense,rehmannia glutinosa,caulis spatholobi,epimedium,eucommia bark,medicinal indianmulberry root,dodder,poria cocos,angelica.Traditional Chinese medicines are divided into 11 categories according to their functions,among which the most frequent ones are those for supplementing deficiency,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,regulating qi and moistening water.Through the formula analysis,it can be concluded that the drug combination with the highest frequency is mainly the compatibility of kidney-yin medicine,kidney-yang medicine,blood circulation regulating menstruation medicine and qi medicine.Drugs belong to the meridians and collaterals are mostly classified as liver,spleen,kidney three channels.Conclusion: 1.The clinical drugs used by the tutor in the treatment of ovulatory dysfunction infertility are characterized by warming and tonifying Yin and Yang of the kidney,and supplemented by invigorating blood circulation and regulating menstruation drugs,qi drugs and anti-swelling drugs.2.The tutor's clinical summary of the pathogenesis of ovulatory dysfunction infertility was mainly caused by kidney deficiency,involving liver and spleen organs,phlegm,dampness and blood stasis as important pathological products,and deficiency and excess.3.The tutor should pay attention to the regulation of menstruation,according to the law of the ebb and flow of qi,blood and Yin and Yang during the menstrual cycle,and choose the time of medication for treatment.4.For clinical patients with ovulatory infertility,the types of syndrome differentiation mainly include: kidney deficiency syndrome,kidney deficiency combined with liver qi stagnation syndrome,kidney deficiency combined with spleen deficiency,phlegm-dampness syndrome,kidney deficiency combined with blood stasis syndrome,and based on the prescription of supplementing kidney and regulating menstruation seed,it can be added or reduced flexibly,with significant clinical effects.
