Based On The Influence Of Menstrual Cycle Acupuncture Treatment On Endometrial Receptivity In Ovulatory Infertility Patients

Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture therapy based on menstrual cycle on endometrial receptivity in infertile patients with ovulation disorder.Methods :46 infertile patients with ovulatory disorder were collected according to the inclusion criteria.The collected cases were randomly divided into 23 cases in the treatment group and 23 cases in the control group.In the treatment group,the treatment group was treated with acupuncture and the control group was treated with Bujiale to improve endometrial receptivity.The two groups observed a course of treatment,which included three menstrual cycles,and recorded the subendometrial artery blood flow pulsation index PI ? resistance index RI and endometrial thickness,endometrial type before and after treatment.and record whether the patient has ovulation during treatment,calculate ovulation rate,and pregnancy rate after treatment.two groups of patient data were statistically analyzed.Results:1.Ovulation rate: Comparison between the two groups after treatment.The ovulation rate in the treatment group was 84.61%,and the ovulation rate in the control group was 63.23%.The statistical analysis of the ovulation rate in the two groups was statistically significant(p <0.01),indicating that the treatment group was assisting ovulation promotion.The treatment is better than the control group.2.Endometrial type: The endometrial type before and after treatment in the treatment group was significantly different(p <0.05).There was no significant difference in the type of endometrium between the control group before and after treatment(p> 0.05),and there was a significant difference in the type of endometrium between the two groups after treatment(p <0.05),indicating that the treatment group can improve the uterus after treatment.Endometrial type and control group had no significant improvement on endometrial type.3.Endometrial thickness: The endometrial thickness comparison between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(p <0.05),and the endometrial thickness after treatment between the two groups was not statistically significant,indicating that both groups of patients can increase Endometrial thickness,and the effect of increasing endometrial thickness is equivalent.4.Sub-endometrial artery PI,RI: After treatment,the sub-endometrial artery blood flow pulsation index PI and resistance index RI were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).The difference in PI and resistance index RI of the intimal arterial blood flow was statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that both groups could reduce the PI and resistance index of RI,but the treatment group The effects of lowering the endometrial artery blood flow pulsation index PI and resistance index RI were better than those of the control group.5.Pregnancy rate: After treatment,the pregnancy rate was 69.56% in the treatment group and39.13% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p <0.05).Conclusion:Both acupuncture treatment and Bujiale treatment based on the menstrual cycle can improve the endometrial receptivity of patients with ovulatory infertility,which can increase thepregnancy rate.In addition,acupuncture and moxibustion treatment has outstanding advantages in assisting ovulation induction,improving endometrial type,reducing the endometrial artery blood flow pulsatility index PI,resistance index RI,and improving pregnancy rate,which is worthy of promotion.
