| With the rapid development of the construction industry,cost overruns become the core problem of the whole construction industry when the output value rises rapidly.Cost control is a necessary means to prevent cost overruns and a key to solve the low economic benefits of current engineering projects.The design stage is the key stage of cost control because of its low cost and great influence on project cost.Based on the perspective of the owner,this paper studies the influencing factors and influencing paths of the cost control in the design stage of the engineering project,so as to clarify the problems at the source and find the right solutions.The study of influencing factors and influencing paths can not only provide new ideas for cost control in the design stage,but also improve the cost control ability of the owner in the design stage,which has very important practical significance.In this paper,the indicators were extracted by combining Work Breakdown Structure and KJ method,and the professionals in the construction industry were investigated in groups by structural questionnaire,and 13 key factors affecting the cost control in the design stage of engineering projects were found out.On this basis,this paper constructs the causal loop diagram and system flow diagram model of key factors by using system dynamics,and carries out simulation by combining with the true case to clarify the influence path of key factors and their influence degree on cost control.Finally,this paper proposes four countermeasures and Suggestions based on the simulation results,which can be used for reference by relevant government departments,real estate developers and design units,so as to solve the problem of "over expenditure" in the construction industry. |
