Analysis On The Training Mode Of Engineering Talents In China Under The Background Of The New Industrial Revolution

The new industrial revolution, contains new energy revolution, intelligent manufacturing revolution and biotechnology revolution, is pushing a new round of social reform. The industrial innovation has made new requirements of quality for engineering talents. The enhancement on technical ability of engineering talents is dependent on engineering education. Therefore, the reform of engineering education is an inevitable problem. As the primary issue of engineering education, training mode needs to change according to the new requirements of the new industrial revolution and current situation of engineering education.This article introduces the current research at home and abroad firstly, and puts forward the thesis by analyzing the training mode of engineering talents based on the new industrial revolution, and defines the concepts of the training mode of engineering talents and the new industrial revolution. Being with introducing the current situation of engineering education and combining the demand for engineering talents caused by industrial innovation, this article concludes the qualities of engineering talents and intrinsic requirements of training mode, and gives the further discussion on the challenges of Chinese engineering training mode. Through the analysis on the reforms and measures between United States and Germany, the similarities and differences can be concluded in terms of engineering training conception, engineering training methods and engineering training process. And the last, we can explore the revolution of engineering training mode from engineering training conception, methods and process, and fill the lack of research on engineering training mode under the new industrial revolution.Through method of the literature analysis and comparative study, this article is researching on the engineering training mode on the background of the new industrial revolution. It analyses the changes in engineering training mode through the inherent nature of the new industrial revolution, industrial innovation and current situation of Chinese engineering talents, and proposes the new training mode of engineering talent which adapts to the new industrial revolution and has the certain practical significance.
