In recent years,with the vigorous promotion of the whole process engineering consulting in China,more and more engineering construction projects have begun to try the whole process engineering consulting.However,due to the fact that Chinese engineering consulting industry has been subject to multi-party management and artificial division for a long time,engineering consulting companies have insufficient ability to undertake the whole process engineering consulting business alone,and the problem of "fragmentation" of consulting business in the industry is very serious.At the same time,there are many consulting businesses in the design and construction stage,and it is more difficult to carry out business collaboration.Therefore,it is necessary to find out the factors that affect the business collaboration in the design and construction stage,and explore how the influencing factors affect the business collaboration in the design and construction stage.Starting from the basic connotation of the whole-process engineering consultation and the business collaboration in the design and construction stage,the relevant research is carried out in combination with the current situation of the business collaboration in the design and construction stage of engineering consulting companies in China.Based on literature analysis method,expert interview method and factor analysis method,18 influencing factors of business collaboration in the design and construction stage were identified,and were further divided into the basis of collaboration among consulting business teams,professional competence of engineering consulting enterprises,collaborative environment of engineering consulting enterprises,informatization level of engineering consulting enterprises,maturity of the whole process engineering consulting market.On this basis,a structural equation model is constructed to test the hypothesis,and the influence path of the influencing factors on the business collaboration in the design and construction stage is obtained.Finally,analyzes the business collaboration measures taken by LTY company in the design and construction stage and the results obtained,and the scientificity of the impact path is verified,and put forward specific measures for engineering consulting enterprises to carry out business collaboration in the design and construction stage.By analyzing the influencing factors and influencing paths of business collaboration in the design and construction stage of engineering consulting companies,the theoretical research on the whole process engineering consulting and business collaboration is enriched.At the same time,the formed research results have important reference value for promoting engineering consulting enterprises to achieve business collaboration in the design and construction stage,which is conducive to engineering consulting enterprises to strengthen the overall planning and coordination of various consulting businesses,so as to give full play to the business of "1+1>2" synergistic effect.
