As a typical large-scale complex equipment,commercial aircraft engine has long R & D cycles,technical difficulties,extremely complicated project management,and serious supplier resource conflicts,which directly restrict the development of commercial aircraft engine in China.How to realize the integrated R & D of commercial aircraft engine,the effective management and control of the entire development process,the reasonable allocation of supplier resources,and the scientific and refined development of the R & D management process are the urgent needs of the current development of commercial aircraft engine.This paper starts with the main problems in the collaborative development process of commercial aircraft engine,proposing a collaborative development model of commercial aircraft engine and studying MBSE-based commercial aircraft engine integrated R & D technology,commercial aircraft engine collaborative development project management methods,and commercial aircraft engine collaborative development supplier management model.The main research contents are as follows:(1)A collaborative development model for commercial aircraft engine based on life cycle is proposed.In order to form a commercial aircraft engine R & D and production system that is in line with China’s own characteristics,the commercial aircraft engine life cycle model is constructed,the connotation of the commercial aircraft engine collaborative development model is clarified,and a life cycle based commercial aircraft engine collaborative development model is proposed innovatively,from the three aspects of integrated product R & D based on system engineering,supplier collaboration based on "main manufacturer-supplier",and integrated project management for product lifecycle,the needs for collaborative development of commercial aircraft engine are analyzed.(2)MBSE-based commercial aircraft engine integrated R & D platform is established.In order to achieve effective management and control of the R & D process,and promote multidisciplinary,cross-departmental,and cross-enterprise engine collaborative design,the business framework and technical route of the commercial aircraft engine integrated research and development environment are designed.Combined with MBSE theory and a system engineering framework based on RFLP,the entire process of commercial aircraft engine development from requirements analysis,architecture design,physical design,simulation verification,and effective closed verification of requirements is studied,an MBSE-based commercial aircraft engine integrated R & D platform is established.(3)A method for project management of commercial aircraft engine collaborative development is proposed.Aiming at the problem of the poor efficiency of task transmission and execution in the project development management,the operational mechanism of the commercial aircraft engine collaborative development project and major factors affecting collaborative project operation and engine project management elements are analyzed from the four dimensions of project strategy layer,organization layer,management layer and collaboration layer.A matrix management model for commercial aircraft engine projects is proposed,an integrated model of the PBS-WBS-OBS-CBS commercial aircraft engine collaborative development project is built,a commercial aircraft engine collaborative development project management system framework is given,and commercial aircraft engine project management system is initially established.(4)A commercial aircraft engine collaborative development supplier management framework is established.Aiming at the characteristics of the “dumbbell” business model that uses “both ends in,middle out,key in hand” for commercial aircraft engine,this paper studies the management strategies of commercial aircraft engine development and supplier management by analyzing stakeholders,focusing on the ecological environment of commercial aircraft engine industry,proposes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and selection method for commercial aircraft engine development suppliers,and sets up a commercial aircraft engine collaborative development supplier management system framework to optimize external resource allocation.Based on the above research results,the domestic commercial aircraft engine collaborative development prototype system(CACD-S)is developed,and the application of MBSE-based R & D,project management,supplier management and other functional modules in the system is verified with specific examples.
