Consumption, investment and net exports is thought as a drive economic growth "troika", their growth speed and quality determines the speed and quality of economic growth. Our long-term economic growth is driven by net exports and investment. Our country’s net exports was influenced seriouly by the world financial storm in2008, and it had brought great pressure about our country’s economic growth; Excessivly dependence on investment and eventually weak consumption, will causes the blind expansion of investment, and it is hard to digest with the finalproduction, is bound to affect the quality of economic growth.it isn’t match with our current attempts to change the mode of economic development goals. Therefore, only by boosting domestic consumption demand, the good posture with finally consumption demand will be pulled to drive economic growth and to make the healthy, sustained and stable economic growth in China. However,in fact China’s consumer market situation is not optimistic.Especially in recent years, domestic consumption shortage problem seriously restricts the development of our country’s economy. Therefore, that how to expand domestic final demand, raise the residents’ consumption, is not only a theoretical problem but also the reality problem.Since the reform and opening up, Our country’s national economy, comprehensive national strength and international influence is rapidly development, people’s life has been greatly improved, the consumption level of residents has been greatly improved. However, due to the influence and restriction factors with the income gap, environmental difference, product structure, customs and ideas of thedifferences, the rural residents living level is poor, The rural residents consumption ability is weaker with urban, causing the rural residents consumption in the total consumption’s share is very small, rural residents is accounted for more than half the population, but only a third of the total amount of the national consumer spending. Therefore, the current focus of expanding domestic demand, stimulating economic growth should be in rural areas.Domestic scholars have studied the shortage problem of rural residents’ consumption from a variety of angles, and have achieved fruitful research results, these studies, however, ignored an important factors that was closely related to the situation of our country,it is namely the existence of a large number of labor flow in our country, especially the rural surplus labor mobility between rural and urban areas impacted on the rural residents’ consumption. Based on the domestic and foreign research achievements about labor mobility and residents’ consumption, we can find that is the lack of a comprehensive analytical framework on the existing research on labor migration and residents’ consumption. As the change of a series of problems such as times and society、the income and the value idea, in the current situation that labor mobility has what kind of impact on rural residents’ consumption, and what is specific to the mechanism, is subject to further study.Reference the existent research achievements,it makes innovation in the following aspects:In existing literature for Labour mobility and residents’ consumption to the theory of these two areas the lack of a comprehensive analytical framework, No further to reveal inner mechanism of labor flow affect the rural residents’ consumption, In this paper, under a unified framework, a detailed analysis of rural labor mobility of rural residents’ consumption mechanism, Only in-depth analysis the internal relations of the two, for a reasonable guide rural surplus labor force flowing, promote rural consumption has important value.Existing in the empirical research to the agricultural labor flow and the rural residents’ consumption of the relationship between research focused on the qualitative analysis level, quantitative research is less,And quantitative study of the existing data are basic on an area of questionnaire and statistics,This paper not only studies of the macro data using provincial panel data to use at the same time Chinese family financial research center to study the microscopic cross section data, comprehensive analysis of the labor force of the consumption structure of rural residents’ consumption level and influence. Interdisciplinary research,The population sociology and consumer economics related discipline knowledge, guided by the scientific outlook on development, study the effect of labor mobility of rural residents’ consumption in our country, the breakthrough labor mobility research limited in the field of population sociology, train of thought for studying the consumption theory research confined to the field of economics. This paper from the angle of labor mobility studies how to improve rural residents’ consumption level and improvement of residents’ consumption structure, and analyzes the mechanism of labor mobility’s influence on the rural residents’ consumption,In addition, This paper is using macro micro data to empirically test theoretical mechanism at the same time, according to the conclusion that put forward the corresponding policy recommendations. The concrete research content is as follows:The first chapter, introduction.Put forward the background of this study, the research goal, the research of practical significance and theoretical significance; The main content of the arrangement and Research idea; Related concepts; The research method; The possible innovations and disadvantages. The second chapter, literature review.First of all, reviews the domestic and foreign research achievements about labor mobility, the theoretical model of labor migration mainly contains Lewis model, Fei-Ranis model, Jorgenson model and Todaro model, we are generally believed that the main reason lies in the income difference before and after labor mobility according to These models, Domestic mainly divided into stages of general description and project in-depth, It mainly contains a preliminary exploration research on labor migration, and discusses the causes of labor mobility, the characteristics of the flow of labor force, estimate the size of the workforce and the macroeconomic effects of labor migration, etc.on overall description phase,It mainly discusses the urban and rural labor market segmentation, the influence of QianChuDe microscopic about labour mobility, and the special vulnerability of foreign labor, etc.in project in-depth stage; Then, we sort and review the theory of contemporary foreign consumption, and expounds the consumption theory in the application and development of Chinese economy, Consumption theory is mainly contains the absolute income hypothesis, relative income hypothesis, permanent income hypothesis, life cycle hypothesis, precautionary saving hypothesis, random walk hypothesis, etc., According to the basic theory, Chinese scholars studied the evolution of the rural residents’ consumption behavior, restriction factors of rural residents’ consumption, and consumption structure and consumption function; Finally, we review the domestic and foreign research achievements about the relationship between labor migration and the consumer, and the results of this study is the basis and starting point of this article theory. The third chapter, the evolution of rural labor migration and the change of the rural residents’ consumption situation analysis. Firstly we studied the evolution process of the rural labor migration, it mainly divides into the evolution of labor flow path, evolution characteristics and reasons; And then studied the change of the rural residents’ consumption since the reform and opening up, it mainly divides into the consumption level and consumption structure change analysis, We find that China’s rural residents’ consumption level is mainly affected by income level on the level of consumption analysis, It mainly works through income that labor flow impacts on consumption,we find that it has a certain degree for food, clothing consumer spending and it has a rising trend for traffic communication, health care about the consumption structure of rural residents, living consumption expenditure has obvious stage characteristics, family equipment has a decline trend in fluctuation; The final phase relations on rural labor flow and the rural residents’ consumption, The concrete is divided into five stages. We find that there are significant relationships between the rural labor flow and the rural residents’ consumption level,In the process of economic development, rural surplus labor migration determines the different levels of income in a certain extent, and income level determines the level of consumption. The fourth chapter, research on effects of labor migration on the consumption of rural residents—theoretical mechanism. Firstly we analyze the influence of labor flow through to the rural residents income, the consumption idea, the revenue forecast, the rural population structure to effect on rural residents’ consumption according to China’s specific conditions; Then Based on the basic assumption that existing in the labor market segmentation, existing a large number of surplus rural labor force, the flow of rural labor force seeking to maximize the expected net income present value, China’s rural residents is directly proportional to the level of consumption and income level, regardless of income tax issues, The model is derived between labor migration and rural residents’ consumption according to the reference of existing research results microscopic relationship. The fifth chapter, Research on effects of labor migration on the consumption of rural residents—empirical test. On the basis of the analysis of the factors affect the mechanism,Using China rural provincial panel data from1991to2011,and using eviews software measurement, respectively on the national level and regional level Chinese residents’ consumption equation for empirical research. The study finds that labour mobility indirectly affects consumer spending through influencing income, consumption idea, revenue forecast, the rural population structure, and as a result of the existence of regional differences, its influence is also different. Policy implications of this conclusion is that actively and effectively guiding and cultivating the consumer behavior according to the labor mobility, changes in income, consumption habits and the rural population structure changes, is conducive to expanding the rural residents’ consumption and maintain sustainable economic growth. In addition, we focuses on the impact of labor mobility on rural residents’ consumption level with the case study of Chinese family finance,This is a based on the analysis of microscopic cross section data, thus it can be found some phenomenon in the macro data cannot be found. The empirical results show that the most explanatory variables of the model have an impact on consumption level.Which is particularly noteworthy is that we have found that labor mobility has a significant effect on the rural residents’ consumption level. The sixth chapter, Research on effects of labor migration on the consumption structure of rural residents—empirical test.We empirical inspected labor flow the influencing degree of the residents of various consumer spending with using the linear almost ideal demand system (LAIDS) model,The empirical results show that the labor mobility has significantly influence in equation of intercept for clothes, cultural and educational entertainment products and services, health care spending; It has remarkable effect on the slope equation with cultural and educational entertainment products and services、health care spending; The effect is not significant both from the intercept and slope of equipment for food, housing, family and facilities. At the same time, that we Looked at the Labour mobility influencing on the consumption structure of rural residents with the case study of Chinese family finance investigates For example, the empirical results of micro data finds that the number of labor mobility has the different influence degree of various consumer spending. The seven chapter, the main conclusion and policy recommendations. Through theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, the main conclusions are as follows:Labor mobility affects consumption depending on the degree of economic development,Income plays a decisive role on rural residents’consumption Labor mobility changes of rural residents’ consumption concept,Revenue forecast plays an important role on rural residents’ consumption,Population age structure impacts on rural residents’ consumption; In view of the above conclusion put forward the corresponding five views:Develop policies to promote rural labor mobility, take measures to increase farmers’ salary income, change of consumption idea, perfect the relevant social security, and optimize the supply of rural consumption structure.
