Research On The Risk Management Of Digital Archives

Digital technology is changing the society rapidly,bringing unprecedented changes to the way we work,learn and live,and bringing fundamental changes to the way that information is recorded,processed and stored,and exerting a significant impact on archival management.Digital archives is the product of the development of information technology.The development of technology has a direct impact on the management of digital archives,which puts forward higher requirements for digital archives.As an important place to preserve digital memory and digital heritage,digital archives must ensure the authenticity,integrity,reliability and availability of digital archives,and ensure the security and credibility of digital archival information.The more complex digital environment has brought many risks and hidden dangers to the security management of digital archives,and risk management has become as a factor that cannot be ignored and must be paid attention to.Understanding and managing risks has become one of the core tasks of digital archives.Risk management can not only find opportunities for the development of digital archives,but also eliminate various risk obstacles and hidden dangers in time to avoid adverse consequences and provide support for the sustainable development of digital archives.The research approaches of this paper are mainly to propose,analyze and solve problems,and combined with the method of interview,literature analysis,practice research,functional requirements analysis of digital archives and analysis of the life cycle of digital archives.The paper systematically analyzes the whole process of risk management of digital archives and further explores the strategy and specific path of intelligent risk management on digital archives.The paper consists of eight chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which describes the research background,research purpose,research significance,research ideas,research methods and research innovation.The second chapter is the literature review,which combs and analyzes the theory and practice of risk management of digital archives at home and abroad,and grasps the frontier trend of risk management of digital archives.Chapter 3 is the basic theory of risk management of digital archives.It clarifies the definition,characteristics and principles of risk management of digital archives,systematically explores the risk management process of digital archives,and probes into the theoretical model that supporting the risk management of digital archives.Chapter 4 to chapter 6 is the core of this paper,which systematically studies the whole process of risk management of digital archives.Firstly,the internal and external environment of digital archives risk is analyzed,which is the starting point of risk management.Secondly,the paper builds risk classification scheme of the digital archives,designs 3 types,15 genera,and 47 species,158 risk factors that constitute a risk classification scheme for the digital archives from the administration level,technology level and resource level of digital archives,which provides object for risk analysis,and then the paper comprehensively analyzes the consequences and probability of risks,and evaluates the risk hierarchy level,which provides decision-making basis for risk treatment;Thirdly,the principles,methods and measures of risk treatment of digital archives are analyzed to provide support for the risk treatment plan of digital archives.Chapter 7 is the intelligent implementation of risk management on digital archives.It focuses on the objectives intelligent risk management of digital archives,based on the risk knowledge,with large data processing technology,the ontology technology,knowledge map,and block chain for the technical method,combines with the risk management process,puts forward the framework the intelligent implementation of risk management on digital archives.Chapter 8 is the conclusion and the prospect,summarizes the main research content and looks forward to the work that needs to carry on.The paper is based on the analysis of best practice cases of the worldwide well-known digital archives and digital preservation projects,guided by the theory of risk management,explores the risk management process and analyzes the environment risk of digital archives,and carries out the risk assessment of digital archives,builds the risk treatment system of digital archives scientifically,and systematically thinking on the intelligent realization of risk management.The main innovations of this paper are as follows: first,the paper carries out the correlation analysis of digital archives,digital preservation projects and digital continuity project for the first time.Systematically analyzed and studied the risk management of digital archives on the basis of drawing lessons from the long-term preservation risk in the field of digital preservation project and the change management risk,technical risk and administrative risk in the digital continuity project.Secondly,the paper constructs the risk classification scheme of digital archives which can provide objects for risk analysis and provide basis for risk treatment of digital archives,so as to improve the efficiency of risk management in digital archives.Thirdly,the paper designs the roles and responsibilities of the personnel of risk management in digital archives,which provides reference for the setting of roles and responsibilities in digital archives.Fourth,it explores the framework of intelligent risk management in digital archives,and puts forward an integrated,trusted and intelligent risk management framework,which can provide technical support for the practice of intelligent risk management of digital archives.
