Research On Personalized Recommendation Model Of DSS For’Integration Of Industrialization And Informatization’

The "Integration of Industrialization and Informatization " meaning the high level integration of industrialization and information technology, which using information technology to stimulate industrialization, and promoting informatization with the development of industrialization, pursuing of sustainable development model and taking a new way to industrialization. Enterprise is the key subject of this integration, the goal of integration is to improve enterprise’s management level, production efficiency and industrial service level, making the enterprise products to intelligent and digital. At present, most of the Chinese enterprises’"Integration of Industrialization and Informatization" construction are in the initial and develop stage. In this stage, there are still many problems and all of these problems are mainly concentrated in the technologies and schemes. Reasonable decision scheme is the most important to integration, without reasonable solutions, even with support of the technology, enterprises’"Integration of Industrialization and Informatization" construction is also difficult to achieved effective results. Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission cooperated with Beijing Jiaotong University to develop the decision support system (DSS) for Enterprises’"Integration of Industrialization and Informatization". DSS is not only set up "Integration of Industrialization and Informatization" technical service platform for the related government, enterprises and the consulting agencies, it also established a consulting service platform for them.In this paper, with the DSS for Enterprises’"Integration of Industrialization and Informatization", for the data in DSS enterprise database and DSS cases database, we use the data collection, data classification and data conversion to deal with. By using the Apriori association rules algorithm to mining the "Integration of Industrialization and Informatization" target information which has association, then recommend the information to the enterprise. When enterprise get the association rules of "Integration of Industrialization and Informatization" construction, Combined with its own characteristics, enterprise will pay more attention to the items which are unqualified in the association rules, only by do this,the enterprises’"Integration of Industrialization and Informatization" construction will get the continuous progress and development. By analysis the characteristic of Apriori association rules algorithm, there are many problems with it, such as scanning the database so many times, generated a large number of potential frequent itemsets. Consequently, the database division technology is carried out, the application of database division can effectively solve the problem of scanning the database so many times.The application of personalized recommendation technology in DSS for Enterprises’"Integration of Industrialization and Informatization", enriched the cases database and method database in DSS, meanwhile, it provide a theoretical basis for the DSS. In addition, the personalized recommendation technology provide comprehensive and detailed "Integration of Industrialization and Informatization" personalized recommendation scheme and method, it can help to the enterprise decision makers find the combinations and strategies of "Integration of Industrialization and Informatization" construction indicators which are suit for enterprise. Only by doing these can improve the level of enterprise informatization and promote "Integration of Industrialization and Informatization" construction develop.
