| As an important link between higher education and basic education,the reform trend of college entrance examination directly leads to the development direction of basic education in China.In September 2014,the State Council issued the implementation opinions on deepening the reform of the examination and enrollment system,marking the official launch of a new round of examination and enrollment system reform in China.The new college entrance examination has directly given birth to new high school education goals and school organizational forms,especially the impact on teaching organization.In order to meet the requirements of the new college entrance examination,as the key component of high school organization——the reform of teaching organization is imperative.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature research,comparative study,case analysis and investigation to explore the reform of teaching organization in high school under the background of the new college entrance examination.By using the method of literature research,this paper selects the theory of school teaching organization reform which is human centered,organization centered and emphasizes situational interaction,and takes it as the theoretical basis throughout the whole process.Through comparative research,it clarifies the structure and characteristics of teaching organizations in major western developed countries,which provides an overseas perspective for exploring the reform of teaching organization in senior high schools in China.It is refined by case analysis Some of the advanced experience of high school reform provides a reference path for the reform of high school curriculum organization and grade organization;the status quo and problems of high school teaching support organization are clarified by using questionnaire survey and observation method,which points out the solution to explore the construction of high school teaching support organization.Focusing on the goal of the new college entrance examination reform,this study analyzes the logical starting point of high school organizational reform from the practical,policy and theoretical levels,and puts forward the strategies and paths of high school teaching organization reform,focusing on the elements of high school teaching organization,such as teaching management organization,curriculum organization,teaching and research organization,class organization,grade organization and teaching support organization Diameter.This paper holds that:firstly,the organizational reform of teaching management should be carried out orderly from the following aspects:flat structure,professional personnel,clear responsibilities and system informatization.Second,the curriculum organization reform needs to use the function classification method to adjust the organization setup,the organization design and the system construction.Thirdly,the reform of teaching and research organization should be carried out reasonably by clarifying the function orientation,optimizing the organizational structure,innovating the activity form and expanding the activity content Fourthly,the class organization reform needs to be implemented step by step from strengthening the function of class education,changing the form of class organization,innovating the structure of class organization,changing the role of class teacher and highlighting the service function of class space.Fifthly,grade organization reform should fully learn from the advanced experience of senior high school grade organizational reform in China,and conduct in-depth exploration from the perspectives of clear positioning,power concentration,function play,characteristic construction and environment creation.Sixthly,the organizational reform of teaching support needs to be improved from the aspects of basic point,direction,outlet,guarantee and trend.On this basis,this paper looks forward to the future high school organizational reform from two aspects:the overall planning of the new college entrance examination reform and the main trend of the future high school organizational reform and development. |
