Research On Information Fusion Model Of Online Health Community

With the release of opinions on Promoting the Development of "Internet + Medical and Health" by The General Office of the State Council,the development of online health communities has been accelerated.Online health communities have become an important platform for users to share health information and government to promote health services.But at present,the online community for various medical and health information in exponential growth of information isotropy and disorder,and widespread useless information,formed the user demand for accurate health knowledge and health information supply was the contradiction between flood.Realizing the fusion of multisource heterogeneous health information was one of the important ways to effectively solve the contradiction between users' demand and supply of health information and accurately match users' actual application needs.This also drives the development of online health community information fusion research.From a social science perspective,exploring the integration of online health community information at the structural level and the content fusion at the semantic level and building a theoretical model of online health information fusion,were particularly important for further improving the service quality of online health community platforms.The goal of online health community information fusion was to solve the contradiction between users' demand for accurate health knowledge services and the proliferation of health information supply as the starting point and end point.On the one hand,driven by the rapid growth of online health community health service practice had produced many major problems to be solved on the user's requirements and health information,how to make health data information more effectively integrated into knowledge,then fuses to form the wisdom of the diagnosis and treatment decisionmaking support,in relation to health knowledge service innovation trend.On the other hand,users' demand for the development of health knowledge services provided an opportunity for the development of medical informatics to meet the trend of the new era.This paper built the form to adapt to the modern internet medical and health service system under the environment of new forms a multi-level fusion model of online health information to the innovation and development of health knowledge service important research foundation and the safeguard,starting from multiple levels of theoretical framework construction,implementation model research and empirical application,and based on multidisciplinary theoretical support.This paper needed to solve the following three research problems: On the research of user's demand for health information fusion,how to design the conceptual system of online health information fusion and effectively grasp the process of structure fusion,data fusion and decision fusion of online health information? On the research of formal representation,how to build a multi-level health information fusion model based on the characteristics of online health community data? On the research of optimization and application strategy,what was the specific value of health information fusion in related application scenarios,and what was the application effect of its optimization strategy?In view of the research issues,along the path of the social sciences,the main research work of this paper included: firstly,the online health information fusion path was designed from the perspective of online health information characteristics and fusion application--structure fusion for heterogeneous data,data fusion for correlation and decision fusion for semantic analysis.This paper analyzed the problems solved in the process of online health information fusion layer by layer and obtained the change rules of content composition and main characteristics in the process of online health information fusion layer by layer.Secondly,based on the composition characteristics of online health community information and users' actual application needs for health knowledge services,a multi-level online health community information fusion model was established.The main elements of user,data object,technical support and application environment were analyzed.From the perspective of knowledge recommendation process of health information fusion and utilization,the process of health knowledge generation and recommendation was explained.At the same time,empirical research was carried out.Thirdly,on the basis of theoretical research and empirical research results,the optimization path and specific strategy of health information fusion were proposed for user needs and service scenarios.The main research conclusions of this paper included:Firstly,online health information fusion based on user needs and data characteristics is a comprehensive concept.It is found that the concept connotation of health information fusion based on data characteristics has been expanded,presenting multi-level and multidimensional characteristics.Health information fusion required the integration of health information not only in structure but also in content semantics.In terms of the degree of integration,it emphasized the depth and breadth of integration,that is,while focusing on the integration of historical data,real-time data,behavioral data,industry data,data from different Spaces and regions,online and offline data,it also emphasized the integration with different service platforms and different service modes.As far as the fusion content was concerned,it should not only fuse the digital resources inside the hospital such as biochemistry,imaging and diagnosis and treatment in the traditional sense,but also fuse the external data resources such as user interaction experience,and social environment outside the hospital.On the basis of fusion,the evolution,innovation and application of data-information-knowledge were realized.Secondly,health information fusion based on data-driven perspective in online health community was a complex system composed of multi-level and multi-factors.It consisted of four levels: online health information integration and preprocessing,structure fusion for heterogeneous data,data fusion for correlation and decision fusion for semantic analysis.Combined with case analysis method and content analysis method,the research has shown that the structure fusion of online health information is the foundation,which reflects the value of reducing the time cost,attention cost and false information risk cost of users' health information.The data fusion of health information is the core,which embodies the health information integration at the level of correlation,and discovers and mines the hidden value of health information.Health information decision fusion is the goal,which directly affects the quality level of health knowledge service.These levels interacted with each other to form the theoretical framework of health information fusion based on data-driven perspective.At the same time,taking Iiyi Medical Network platform as an example,clinical document data was collected to verify the validity of the mode.Thirdly,on the basis of theoretical research and empirical research,the objectives and principles of information fusion and optimization of online health community are sorted out.Clarify the application strategy of online health community information fusion optimization that conforms to reality and focuses on the future: accurately locate user needs,optimize the front end of information fusion;embed the information fusion mode,optimize the middle end of information fusion;serve the entire application process,and optimize the information fusion terminal.The innovation of this paper was mainly reflected in the following three aspects:Firstly,this study interpreted the connotation of online health community information fusion and its composition from the online community health information fusion users and data perspective.Based on the information chain theory and data driven perspective,this paper constructs the conceptual system of online health community information fusion.The proposed theoretical framework highlighted the multi-level and holistic characteristics of online health community information fusion.It broke through the previous research framework based on user demand or data,and interpreted health information fusion from the two-dimensional perspective composed of user demand and data source,which provided a new research idea and pointcut for online health community information fusion research.Secondly,the online health information multi-level fusion model has been established.This research was guided by the principle of multiple representation,the principle of relevance and the theory of meaning construction.The multi-level fusion model of health information was established using experimental research,questionnaire survey and other research methods,based on content analysis and data survey.The model highlighted the comprehensive characteristics of online health community information fusion and laid a solid theoretical foundation for further improving the level of online health community information knowledge service.Thirdly,the goals,principles and specific strategies for the optimization and application of information fusion in online health communities were put forward.According to the future development trend of user needs of online health community and the practical characteristics of application scenarios,this paper expounds the integration of online health community information fusion along the direction of frontend,middle-end and terminal of information fusion,and constructed multi-dimensional depiction of user needs and multi-level information fusion.and optimization strategies for stereo-related application scenarios.These paths and strategies came from the early empirical research results,having a certain degree of reality,and focused on the change and development of users' future needs,having a certain degree of foresight.
