| "Internet+medical" has broken the traditional medical model, and people are becoming more and more accustomed to easily log on to the Internet for health information.Health information search behavior is an activity in which users use web tools to retrieve, browse, evaluate, and select health-related knowledge or information under the control of health information needs and motivations. The online medical community has become a major source of access to health information, however,a large amount of mixed information can seriously affect a patient’s health-related behaviors and decisions. The patientfs trust in the doctor may change due to health information obtained from the Internet, thereby affecting his or her compliance with medical diagnosis and treatment.Patient compliance refers to how patients follow the doctor’s recommended medical diagnosis and treatment plan, plays an important role in the doctor-patient relationship, and is also an important factor affecting the treatment effect. Therefore, this study focuses on the domestic Chinese online medical community, combining objective network data with social survey data, first text mining the interactive content of doctors and patients in the online medical community, combining medical knowledge base and information search model, and using LDA theme The recognition model explores the motivation of demand for patient health information search behavior. On the basis of this, combined with self-efficacy theory, trust theory and information asymmetry theory, the model of the relationship between the health information search behavior of patients in the online medical community and the patient compliance in the actual diagnosis and treatment process was constructed.Use the patient’s trust in the online healthcare community, the patient’s expectations of the online healthcare community, the patient’s satisfaction with health information,cognitive-based trust,affect-based trust, and patient compliance to make assumptions.Use questionnaires to collect sample data, and analyze health information searches the relationship between behavioral influence factors and patient compliance, combined with the research results to explore the development of online medical community and the improvement of doctor-patient relationship. The results show that:(1)In the online medical community user health information search needs and motivations, compared with the original LDA model experiments,it is proved that the TF-IDF weighted LDA topic recognition model has improved the accuracy. The user’s motivation for conducting health information search behaviors is concentrated on basic pathology, disease prevention, diagnostic examination, treatment methods and psychological emotions, and the process of health information search behavior is the result of a combination of cognitive, action and emotion.Cognition and action take up a large proportion of the body, but emotion is the intrinsic influence of the user and may have a potential impact on textual expression.(2)When discussing the relationship between the online health community user’s health information search behavior and actual patient compliance,it is found that the patient’s expectation of the online medical community will have a positive impact on their health information search behavior, which will positively affect their access.Satisfaction with health information, patient satisfaction with health information will positively affect their cognitive-based trust and affect-based trust, and cognitive-based trust will positively affect affect-based trust, and finally the patient’s cognitive-based trust has a positive impact on patient compliance during actual care. The relationship between gender, age, education level and residence status on model variables is basically not significant. The residence status may affect the health information search behavior, and gender will affect the satisfaction of online medical community health information. On the basis of the research results, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of online medical community, the improvement of patient health information literacy and the improvement of doctor-patient relationship. |
