At present,the difference of economic level between different regions in China directly affects the local medical treatment level and the health consciousness of residents.For China's current national conditions,it is difficult to ensure that there are enough professionals,time and energy to carry out face-to-face consultation and exchange of medical and health information,especially for the universal,easy to understand,easy to obtain,with a clear use of standardized health information.On the other hand,the dispersion,variability,disorder,diversity and heterogeneity of medical and health information also increase the difficulty for users to search,obtain and communicate information.Therefore,it is particularly important to effectively control,organize,standardize,organize,screen and reorganize medical and health information,so as to provide users with more convenient,efficient and high-quality information.Requirements of information organization in order to analysis the online health community type,improve the customer satisfaction,online health communities based on the online health community of users as the main research object,starting from the usage and purpose of the user requirements,understand the online health community user for online community information true feelings and needs of the organization.This paper firstly reviewed the literature of online health community,information organization and Kano model at home and abroad,and then designed the Kano questionnaire for data collection and processing.On the basis of the user interview and grounded theory,23 Kano factors were determined,based on which the Kano questionnaire was designed,the survey data were pre-processed and imported into SPSS23.0,and the information organization needs of online health communities were analyzed by combining relevant theories of Kano model and statistical analysis?After two-dimensional attribute analysis and better-worse four-quadrant analysis of the results,15 charm attributes,4 expectation attributes,3 essential attributes and 1indifference attribute were obtained.According to the above findings,this article will separately from the online community health information organization,information navigation,identification information,and information retrieval by using four aspects of online community health advice,help online community health organization information more efficiently,for an online health community of users to provide more convenient and fast,high quality information.First of all,in terms of information organization mode,users prefer more personalized information organization mode.For example,information can be personalized according to users' habits of use and needs.Secondly,in terms of the design of information navigation function,if the online health community can realize local navigation,context navigation and other functions,it will provide better guidance information for users who are not familiar with the online health community information module.Then in terms of information identification,in order to improve the online health community user retrieval efficiency and accuracy,obtain more effective and more comprehensive health information,online health community health information content can be identified after sorting,refining,in addition,should also be in the page provides external properties such as time,subject,types.Finally in the use of information retrieval,the full text retrieval and natural language retrieval for online health is must have the function of the community of users,and online health communities can focus on the following function,for example,keep the search box have been appeared in the page,and a visible,find convenient online health community of users at any time for the retrieval of information,improve the efficiency of retrieval.
