Study On Acupoint Optimization And Compatibility Rule Spectrum Based On Journal Literature Data Mining Acupuncture Treatment Of Nerve Root Cervical Spondylosis

Objective: In this study,acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy as the content,the use of data mining technology for the systematic analysis of modern journal literature,to explore the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of this disease selected and compatible law.Mmthods: To search the clinical literatures of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,and to input and sort out the qualified literatures according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Data mining was conducted on the input data using the TCM inheritance assistance platform,and the law of selection and compatibility of selected acupoints,meridians,parts,specific points and selected acupoints of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis was analyzed.Result: After sifting and sorting,269 articles on acupuncture prescriptions were recorded,involving 132 acupoints,with a total frequency of 1912 times,covering 14 meridians.The results of frequency analysis of using acupoints were as follows: most acupoints were cervical jiaji acupoints,fengchi acupoints,hegu acupoints,quchi acupoints,houxi acupoints,waiguan acupoints,dahui acupoints,shoulijing acupoints,tianzhu acupoints and tianzong acupoints;The results of meridian frequency analysis showed that the main meridians were the large intestine meridian of the hand yangming dynasty,the small intestine meridian of the hand sun,the hand shaoyang triple jiao meridian,the foot sun bladder meridian,and the foot shaoyang gallbladder meridian.Results of frequency analysis of site use: the results were concentrated in the limbs and head and neck;The results of frequency analysis of specific acupoints were as follows: the optimal selection of wuxian acupoints,waiwaiqi acupoints,eight-pulse intersection acupoints,primary acupoints and collaterals acupoints;Results of frequency analysis of compatible application: it is better to choose jiaji point and wind pool.Hegu,jiaji cave;Jiaji cave,houxi;Jiaji acupoints,external relations;He gu,wind pool.In the compatibility mode,local compatibility is most widely used,which is mostly near and far compatibility,point selection with syndrome and specific point compatibility.Conclusion: Based on the characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation for the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,the selection of acupoints has the rules of local acupoint selection,remote acupoint selection,acupoint selection by meridians and specific acupoints selection.The compatibility of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type has the rules of local matching of acupoints,near and far matching of acupoints,following syndromes and specific matching of acupoints.
