Reseachs About Relationship Of Plague Outbreak, Symptom And Medicine In The Ming And Qing Dynasties Basing On Data Mining

Through constant practice and exploration, doctors in ancient China accumulated valuable experience of the epidemic disease in pathogenesis, treatment and prevention of morbidity . The Chinese medicine plague learn developed and matured gradually in the Ming and Qing dynasties, the plague school system was Formed ,a lot of doctors put forward a number of new academic point of view.Therefore, research of the experience of Chinese medicine treatment plague at that time is very meaningful to guiding the modern contagion paroxysm prevention and treatment.A total of 15 Medical Books which Contain 660 cases of prescription of Ming and Qing dynasties are collectd in this thesis.First on the disease symptoms, medication information is organized, summarized and normed, and then analysised by data mining methods.The thesis includes the theories study and data mining two parts.The first part Introducs the concept and scope of the epidemic disease, Summarizes the cause of epidemic disease, and the experience in the treatment, then detailes academic thought and experience of epidemic disease in the ming and qingdynasties.The second part is the thesis of data mining.First, the collection of information is regulated, then it is analysised by data mining in two ways of factor analysis and two-way strong association rules.Base on the results, some characteristicses and regulation of the plague outbreaking,curing methods and the medicine are summaried.First, the plague outbreak characteristics mainly have five sides.①warm or heat pathogen is a main cause of plague.②Other causes of plague contain damp-pathogen or wind-pathogen etc.③plague is caused mainly by hot-pathogen,which tends to comsume Ying and Xue phases④Qi and Yin are consumed easily by hot-pathogen.⑤The plague and the human body physical endowment are closely related. The second, characteristics of plague cured methods and medicine mainly have four sides.①Puring hot is the most in common use method, so heat-clearing drugs are used mostly in the treatment of disease. In four major type of heat-clearing drugs, drugs that clear away heat located at Qifen is the most, which is followed by heat-clearing and blood-cooling drugs, heat-clearing and wetness-drying drugs less, heat-clearing and detoxifying drugs at least.②Expect to repair to support falsely to be just behind, heavily use a benefit medicine.③Nasty certificate the pure heart come to absolute being, knowing how to handle to use head medicine.④Treat chaperonage of disease, use a medicine with it.totaly,results of data mining are basicly agree with treatment and medicines of ancient plague, and they corroborate thought and experience of Chinese medicine treatment plague in the Ming and Qing dynasties in the first part.
