| ObjectiveAncient books of traditional Chinese medicine have accumulated rich knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine,precious academic thoughts,diagnosis and treatment experience.They are precious wealth of traditional Chinese medicine and contain multiple literature values.The document information mining of ancient Chinese medicine books is not only the protection of its value,but also the exploitation,utilization,inheritance and development of it.According to the content of medical records,it can be divided into four categories:medical classics,diagnostic methods,acupuncture,prescriptions and medicines,so as to find a proper way to study ancient books,provide theoretical,practical methods and references for the value mining of ancient medical records.In the ancient medical literature,there are a lot of records about the medical pathology,diagnosis method,acupuncture therapy,prescription and other information.But scattered in many ancient books,the amount of information is large and scattered,so it is difficult to learn.With the development of the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine,it has become a necessary means to summarize and inherit the experience of traditional Chinese medicine to use big data mining technology,select the core characteristic data and methods,and reveal the hidden value laws of ancient Chinese medicine books.This paper takes ancient books such as Chinese medical code as the data collection source,extracts the text information of PI man and normalizes it.At the same time,by means of frequency analysis,association rules,knowledge map and so on,the background of information data is constructed and visualized,and the text information rules displayed in the chart are mined.From the aspects of dialectical etiology and pathogenesis,diagnosis of pulse and tongue,selection of acupoints on Acupuncture and meridians,compatibility of prescriptions,this paper summarizes the rules and experience of the treatment of PI man.To realize the development and utilization of ancient Chinese medicine literature information,so as to learn and research,inherit the dialectical thought of ancient Chinese medicine,diagnosis and treatment ideas,provide a richer theoretical basis and data support for the clinical and scientific research of diseases,and provide a certain literature experience and practical reference for the more targeted clinical dialectics,diagnosis and treatment of PI man.MethodsTaking ancient medical literature as research materials and the fifth edition of Chinese medical code as main retrieval object,1156 ancient Chinese medical books are included.The bibliographies cited in the medical catalogues such as the general catalogue of ancient Chinese medical books,the general examination of Chinese medical books,and the continued examination of Chinese medical books are taken as references,and the books collected by the libraries of Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese medicine,Guangzhou Library and other major universities and public libraries in the province are taken as supplementary materials.According to the content,we divide four ontology,complete data collection,and then mining analysis.To construct the ontology of medical classics.This paper sums up and sorts out the articles in the ancient literature that contain the discussion of the position and.the content of the disease of PI man,and forms a knowledge base that includes the data of the position of PI man,such as heart small intestine,liver gall,spleen stomach,lung large intestine,kidney bladder,the disease elements,such as Qi deficiency,blood deficiency,yin deficiency,Yang deficiency,blood stasis,qi stagnation,phlegm dampness,food accumulation,cold,heat and so on.Construct the ontology of diagnosis.This paper sums up and sorts out the information of tongue condition and pulse condition of PI man and its related symptoms in ancient literature,and forms a knowledge base including pulse position,pulse condition,tongue color,tongue shape,tongue state,tongue quality,symptoms and other data.Construct acupuncture noumenon.In order to form a knowledge base including acupoints,meridians and treatment symptoms,and to reflect the relationship between the meridians and acupoints.Building the ontology of prescription.In ancient literature,we summarized and sorted out the single medicine for the treatment of Piman,the formula and its drug composition,and formed a knowledge base including historical period,single medicine,formula name and medicine composition.The above four parts of ontology are standardized,and further transformed into a database that data mining software can process recognition.Using SPSS?SPSS modeler,gephi and other software,frequency analysis,association rules,knowledge map visualization and other methods for information processing,ontology value mining and data analysis.ResultsData mining is carried out for the main body contents related to PI man,such as medical classics,diagnosis methods,acupuncture and moxibustion,prescriptions and drugs.Key words such as "Pi","Pi man","Xin Xia Pi","Wan Pi","Zhang","Zhang Man","Man" and "Ji Qi" are searched.After sorting out,335 items related to PI man are obtained.179 items of pulse diagnosis and 175 records of tongue diagnosis were collected,including 78 tongue images and 201 fur images.469 items related to the treatment of gastric distention were obtained.To collect and sort out 1003 single herbs for the treatment of pimania,involving 246 kinds of medicines,616 prescriptions and 303 kinds of medicines.1.Ontology literature of medical classicsAccording to the literature,the frequency of fullness is spleen stomach,heart small intestine,lung large intestine,liver gallbladder and kidney bladder system.Spleen stomach position is the most discussed.Among the disease factors,the frequency of occurrence is cold heat,Qi deficiency,phlegm dampness,Yang deficiency,blood deficiency,qi stagnation,food accumulation,yin deficiency and blood stasis.It can be seen that in ancient books,the understanding and elaboration of the nature of fullness and fullness are mostly cold nature and deficiency syndrome.The correlation between disease location factors and disease factors was studied,and the association rules of data were analyzed to get the correlation between kidney bladder system and yang deficiency,liver gallbladder and qi stagnation,liver gallbladder+spleen stomach and qi stagnation,kidney bladder+spleen stomach and yang deficiency.According to the result of confidence,the confidence value of each rule is higher,which indicates that the probability of disease location stomach and liver gallbladder are all related.According to the visualized analysis of knowledge map,the presentation of spleen stomach disease position is the most obvious,which is most obvious with cold disease,followed by heat,Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,blood deficiency,phlegm dampness and qi stagnation,and finally with food accumulation,blood stasis and yin deficiency.The most obvious co-occurrence was with heart small intestine,lung large intestine,followed by liver gall and kidney bladder.The thickness and color of the spleen stomach node and edge are close to the common levels of cold,heart small intestine,lung large intestine,Qi deficiency,heat and liver bile.At the same time,heart small intestine and blood deficiency,heart small intestine and cold,lung large intestine and Qi deficiency,liver gall and qi stagnation,liver gall and blood stasis have a clear co-occurrence relationship.The data shows a high degree of agreement with the etiology and pathogenesis theory of TCM viscera disease location.2.Ontology literature of diagnosisThe frequency of pulse position records in diagnosing fullness and its related symptoms was right Guan,left Guan,right Chi,right Medicine,antiperspirant medicine,heat clearing medicine,water seepage medicine,warming cold phlegm medicine,blood breaking medicine were widely used.In the Qing Dynasty,Xiaoshi medicine,Qingre medicine,attack medicine and PI man basic medicine were used together.4.5 The effect of regulating qi and tonifying deficiency is like a drum,and warming to moderate dampness helps to treat phlegm and
