In recent years, domestic sports performance industry has grown rapidly, and the number of large-scale arenas with more than 10,000 seats has increased year by year.Under the background of the introduction of the commercial operation model, space is an operating core resource to deeply explore the value of commercial use.On the one hand,it integrates diverse entertainment and performance activities to increase the frequency of space utilization, and on the other hand,it improves serviceability, experience and resilience enhance the attractiveness of space to achieve the goal of space operation income. In the process of adapting the space to the commercial operation mode, the functional configuration and structural organization are constantly evolving, and the building type of the large-scale sports performance center is gradually formed. In the actual project design, the concept of large-scale sport/performance center has not been clearly defined in current standards and design codes. Therefore, designing with the relevant needs of the existing arenas often leads to the spatial function configuration, layout and non-adaptive phenomenon of commercial operation mode occurs. In academic theoretical research, the existing achievements on large-scale sport/performance center are mostly based on technical design introductions, and there are few systematic and theoretical research results on the overall space design level. Therefore, based on the practice and theoretical research status of large-scale sport/performance center in China,it is essential to conduct further study from the perspective of space design and commercial operation mode adaptability.Based on the combing of the characteristics of its commercial operation mode and the space adaptation balance mechanism, this essay takes the realization of operating income demand as an entry point, and carry out research work about implementation ways and methods which adapt to the space design and commercial operation mode. The specific research content includes the following aspects:Firstly, based on documentation collation related and field site survey, the spatial features of large-scale sport/performance center is induced, and then sorts out the lineage relationship and differences between it and the large-scale arena space. At the same time, based on relevant theories of microeconomics and core interests balance analysis of the use of main space, the theory and practical basis of the commercial operation mode of the large-scale sport/performance center space are clarified, and it is proposed that the space revenue, customer demand, and space carrier are core elements of the model for commercial operation.Secondly, based on the basic theory of adaptability and combing the adaptive development of large-scale arena spaces and independent operation models and cooperative operation models, reveal the adaptive balance mechanism of large-scale sport/performance center spaces and commercial operation models, and then propose space adaptation sexual power mechanism, adjustment path and response mechanism are all around the realization of operational income demand.Thirdly, according to the statistics and analysis of domestic and foreign typical case operation data, determine the types and acquisition links of space operation income, and on this basis, analyze the diverse needs of space according to the purpose and behavioral features of different consumers groups. The characteristics of the intermittent use of the space of the large-scale sport/performance center put forward the specific needs of the space to meet the timeliness of income acquisition.Fourthly, the time and space measures to achieve the operating income demand of large-scale sport/performance centers are proposed, which are the core space utilization rate, the auxiliary space delay utilization rate and the integration efficiency of space revenue-generating energy efficiency measures.Through the analysis of the external factors affecting the time measurement and the analysis of the unfolding of the space measurement,it lays the foundation for the spatial adaptive design decision.Fifthly, build a three-dimensional spatial adaptive design decision-making theoretical model on the basis of the aforementioned research, and use the three-dimensional space surface as an intuitive visual expression of the ability to realize the benefits of space operations. At the same time,it analyzes the constraints that may appear in the theoretical project decisions in the engineering design stage, and proposes targeted adjustment strategies. Finally, the maneuverability and practicability of the decision model and constraint adjustment strategy are verified through the application of actual engineering projects. This study takes spatial adaptability between large-scale sports/performance center and commercial operation mode as the research perspective, expands the conventional theoretical research content of large-scale sports arena spaces. The commercial operation model is widely used in large-scale sports/performance centers as the research background, and the in-depth analysis of the space is to achieve adaptation. The power and response mechanism adopted for sexual balance reveals that the space operation benefit demand is the core demand for space adaptability balance. On the basis of determining the realization measure of space income demand,by constructing a scientific and operable three-dimensional decision model and combing adaptive countermeasures under design constraints,it provides a practical solution for the current large-scale sports/entertainment center space adaptive design way.
