| The development of equipment manufacturing industry is characterized by“manufacturing + service” mode brings new opportunities for the development of China’s manufacturing industry.The outline of “made in China 2025” puts forward the development idea of “developing modern manufacturing service industry”,and points out the industrial development direction of convergence with producer service industry.At present,the convergence of equipment manufacturing and producer service develops rapidly,and the convergence effects of the two industries is gradually emerging.However,under the background of resource constraints,the convergence effects of the two industries still have some problems,such as low level,large regional dispersion and so on.To explore how to build a perfect mechanism to promote the convergence effects has become a common problem to be solved by the academia and the industry.Based on the definition of related concepts,this dissertation analyzes the connotation,category and characteristics of the convergence effects,systematically analyzes the evolution mechanism of the convergence effects from three aspects of conditions,motivation and process,and reveals the evolution mechanism.Then,based on the key elements of the evolution of the convergence effects,the overall design of the promotion mechanism system is carried out,which includes the dynamic mechanism,the realization mechanism and the regulation mechanism.It also analyzes the relationship between the three sub mechanisms.Based on mechanism analysis,mechanism construction and mechanism operation,the dissertation designs the driving mechanism,realization mechanism and regulation mechanism to promote convergence effects between regional equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry in detail.Firstly,it analyzes the connotation,characteristics and overall framework of the three promotion mechanisms for convergence effects;secondly,it designs the construction process of the three promotion mechanisms for convergence effects.From the three aspects of power drive,power transmission and power coordination,the dissertation designs the construction process of the driving mechanism to promote convergence effects.From three aspects of strategic collaboration,partner optimization and value integration,this dissertation designs the construction process of the realization mechanism to promote convergence effects.From the three aspects including evaluation,feedback and regulation,this dissertation designs the construction process of the regulation mechanism to promote convergence effects;finally,it analyzes the operation of the three promotion mechanisms of convergence effects.Based on the analysis of mechanism operation process,this dissertation constructs mechanism operation model and puts forward corresponding mechanism operation management strategy.This dissertation designs the operation and support strategy of the mechanism to improve convergence effects.Firstly,this dissertation analyzes the operation characteristics and process of mechanisms to promote convergence effects;secondly,on the basis of designing the index system of mechanisms to promote convergence effects,this dissertation explores the synergy degree and operation effect of mechanisms to promote convergence effects;finally,in order to ensure the effective operation of mechanisms to promote convergence effects,the security strategies are designed according to the driving mechanism,realization mechanism and regulation mechanism.This dissertation takes Heilongjiang Province as an example to study the promotion mechanism of convergence effects.Based on the analysis of the present situation,this dissertation reveals the problems existing in the promotion mechanism of convergence effects,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the mechanism,so as to verify the scientificity of the theoretical analysis conclusions,the selection of research methods and the feasibility and effectiveness of the research model construction.The theoretical framework of the promotion mechanism on the convergence effects between equipment manufacturing and producer services is scientific,complete and appropriate,further enriches and improves the theoretical system of industrial convergence,and expands the research scope of industrial convergence effects.At the same time,it also guides the convergence practice of regional equipment manufacturing industry and producer services industry from the perspective of effect feedback,which is of great significance to break through the development dilemma of the two industries convergence and realize the improvement of the convergence effects of the two industries. |
