Research On The Impact Of Producer Service Industry On Equipment Manufacturing Industry In Liaoning Province

In the 1990 s,the equipment manufacturing industry drove the overall economic development of Liaoning Province.Now,as the development of the equipment manufacturing industry slows down,the total economic output of Liaoning Province has also been located in the middle and lower reaches of the country.The reason is that the weakness of intermediate input directly leads to a relative decline in productivity.This intermediate input is a productive service industry that specifically serves the equipment manufacturing industry.It mainly provides capital,transportation,finance,research and development for the equipment manufacturing industry.Information and other auxiliary work.Since the producer service industry in Liaoning Province has not realized the timely transformation of specialization and high-end,the inefficient producer service industry has also caused the inefficiency of the equipment manufacturing industry.Therefore,analyzing the influence mechanism of the producer service industry on the equipment manufacturing industry,and then by promoting the development of the producer service industry to drive the development of the equipment manufacturing industry,can provide a theoretical basis for the economic development of Liaoning Province,which has important practical significance.This article is based on the realistic background of the urgent development of the two industries in Liaoning Province,taking Liaoning Province as an example,to analyze the impact of the producer service industry on the equipment manufacturing industry.This paper analyzes the influence mechanism of the producer service industry on the value chain,ecological theory,and specialization of the equipment manufacturing industry,and uses the factor variable of the producer service industry as the independent variable and the comprehensive development index of the equipment manufacturing industry as the dependent variable;The comprehensive development index of the sub-industry of the producer service industry is used as the independent variable,and the comprehensive development index of the sub-industry of the equipment manufacturing industry is used as the dependent variable to construct a two-sided regression model.Select industry added value,average wages of on-the-job employees,number of on-the-job employees,number of enterprises,fixed asset investment and total foreign investment as indicator variables for factor analysis and model analysis.Finally,it is found that the overall development of the equipment manufacturing industry is most strongly guided by the input factors of the producer service industry,and the influence of efficiency factors and scale factors are gradually weakened.From the perspective of the equipment manufacturing industry,scientific research and comprehensive technical service industries have a very strong role in promoting most industries,followed by transportation,storage and postal services,and the financial industry has not played a certain role,or even side effects.The stability of the promotion of the information dissemination service industry needs to be further strengthened.Based on the research content and results,this article puts forward several policy recommendations.First,the government introduces policies and sets up special agencies to help companies realize the separation of main and subsidiary companies,and companies should actively respond;second,accelerate the reform of state-owned enterprises’ shareholding system and strengthen the introduction of foreign capital;Science and technology innovation guides and perfects the talent introduction mechanism;the fourth is to encourage,support and guide the development of science and technology research and development,financial industry and other service industries.
