Research On The Interactive Convergence Operating Mechanism Of Regional Equipment Manufacturing And Producer Services Industry

The equipment manufacturing industry is the basic industry that provides the production technology and equipment for the national economy and national defense construction,and the embedded technology,knowledge and human capital comes from the intermediate input of producer services.Nowadays,China's equipment manufacturing industry is still at the bottom of the global value chain,and the development of producer services is the optimal path choice for the adjustment and optimization of equipment manufacturing structure.In this context,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the “Made in China 2025”,taking the path of new industrialization with Chinese characteristics to meet the needs of economic and social development and national defense construction for major technical equipment.In the context of the global value chain,the international industries continue to shift and redistribute,and the convergence of China's equipment manufacturing industry with the productive service industry can only be achieved by shortening the gap with developed countries.To study the interactive convergence system of equipment manufacturing industry and producer services industry and analyze their operational mechanisms have a great theoretical and practical significance to many aspects,such as enhancing the competitiveness of China's equipment manufacturing industry,promoting the upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry,reversing the bottom position of China's equipment manufacturing industry in the global value chain,and promote the scale development of the production service industry.Based on the definition of related concepts,the development trend of interactive convergence are revealed.The goals,the participants,and the environment of interacttive convergence between the two industries are analyzed.Based on the theory of dissipative structure,the operational mechanism is analyzed,and an interactive convergence operating mechanism framework is designed.Based on the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of the dynamic mechanism of the interactive convergence system,the power source composition of the system is revealed,the system dynamic model is constructed,and the structural equations are used to test the effects of each power source.The dynamic effects of interactive convergence are analyzed and the dynamic mechanism model is constructed.The network structure of interaction and convergence is revealed,and the social network analysis method is used to construct the social network model of two-industry interactive convergence system organization,and the social network of interactive convergence organization between the two industries is measured.Based on the disclosure of the organizational leader and organizational mode of interactive convergence,the organizational operating model is built.The interactive convergence evaluation and adjustment mechanism is designed,the operation path of the interactive convergence evaluation and adjustment mechanism is revealed,the interactive convergence feedback information evaluation index system is designed,and the convergence is constructed from information security,operation resource support and policy assurance.Based on the analysis of the information convergence connotation and objectives of the convergence,a strategy for the construction of the information platform is proposed,the operational resources of the convergence system are revealed,and concrete measures for the convergence and allocation of system operation resources are proposed,the policy guarantee of interactive convergence operation are put forward from fiscal policy,financial policy and technology policy.Taking the interactive convergence system of equipment manufacturing industry and producer service industry in Northeast China as an empirical research object,the status quo of the development of interactive systems is analyzed,and the operational status of the interactive systems of Liaoning Province,Jilin Province,and Heilongjiang Province are evaluated,and the suitable Northeast region is proposed.Suggestions for the operation of the interactive convergence system for equipment manufacturing and producer services in Northeast China have been proposed.This research on the operational mechanism of the interactive convergence system of equipment manufacturing and production services,further enriches and improves the theory and method system of interaction between equipment manufacturing and producer services,and promotes the interactive development of equipment manufacturing industry and producer services industry.It provides theoretical guidance and reference,and it is of great significance to realize the upgrading of China's equipment manufacturing industry and reverse the bottom position of China's equipment manufacturing industry in the global value chain.
