Research On Convergence Mechanism Of Equipment Manufacturing And Producer Services Based On Virtual Alliance

Equipment manufacturing and producer services have important strategic value in modern national economic system,and their development level directly determines the economic development level and quality of a country or a region.Virtual alliance,as a new type of alliance relationship,which is based on "soft constraint" and does not involve ownership and legal binding force,has been widely used because it can give the main body in the alliance greater freedom and flexibility on the basis of realizing the alliance function,and has become an important and effective form of industrial organization.Under the organizational structure of virtual alliance,equipment manufacturing and producer services can not only effectively realize resource sharing and risk sharing,but also better meet the diversified and personalized needs of users,so as to form a good interactive relationship between the two industries,break through the existing industrial edge under the framework of virtual alliance,and realize the industrial convergence development based on virtual alliance New situation.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the convergence mechanism of the two industries based on virtual alliance,and then speed up the development of the convergence of the two industries.This dissertation systematically reveals the convergence mechanism of equipment manufacturing and producer services based on virtual alliance from the aspects of conditions,motivation,process and effect of industrial convergence.After that,this dissertation uses qualitative research method to reveal the key elements of the industiral convergence based on virtual alliance;based on the research results of industrial convergence mechanism and the practicality of industrial convergence process,this dissertation uses qualitative research method to reveal the key elements of the convergence of equipment manufacturing and producer services based on virtual alliance.Based on the key elements of the industiral convergence based on virtual alliance,the overall design of the convergence mechanism system is carried out.The industiral convergence mechanism system is composed of dynamic mechanism,realization mechanism and evaluation feedback mechanism.From the endogenous and exogenous point of view,this dissertation classifies the power sources of the convergence of equipment manufacturing and producer services based on virtual alliance,puts forward relevant dynamic theoretical assumptions,and constructs a theoretical model of the convergence of two industries based on this,and uses structural equation to test the hypothesis of the theoretical model based on the convergence of two industries.At the same time,it verifies the indirect role of policy driven and market competition driven,and reveals the mechanism of each driving force.Furthermore,this chapter constructs the power transmission path of two industries convergence based on virtual alliance,proposes and analyzes three stages of power transmission: exogenous power input stage,endogenous exogenous power aggregation stage and endogenous exogenous synergy stage.On this basis,this dissertation proposes the power transmission path based on virtual alliance from three aspects of convergence power persistence,convergence power enhancement and convergence power synergy the power management of manufacturing and producer services is convergenced,and the power management strategy is put forward from the aspects of government and alliance.From four aspects of convergence partner selection,convergence organization and coordination,convergence benefit distribution and convergence risk management,this dissertation studies the industiral convergence organization and coordination mechanism.In terms of the selection mechanism of convergence partners of the virtual alliance,the selection principle and process of convergence partners are designed,the evaluation system of convergence partners is constructed,the selection method of convergence partners based on network analysis method and triangular fuzzy number method is established,and the performance evaluation and dynamic control mechanism of convergence partners are proposed.In terms of the realization mechanism of the convergence of manufacturing and producer services,the realization mechanism of industrial convergence is designed from three aspects of strategic coordination,organization mode selection and communication coordination of virtual alliance;in terms of the benefit distribution mechanism of the convergence of equipment manufacturing and producer services based on virtual alliance,on the basis of the selection of benefit distribution methods,it is determined based on Shapley value method and Nash theory respectively.In the aspect of risk management mechanism of equipment manufacturing and producer services convergence based on virtual alliance.Firstly,the risk factors of industrial convergence are identified and analyzed,then the evaluation system and classification method of industrial convergence risk are proposed,and finally the classification management strategy of industrial convergence risk is designed.This dissertation constructs the evaluation index system of the two major industries convergence level based on virtual alliance and evaluates the efficiency of the two major industries convergence based on virtual alliance by using data envelopment analysis.At the same time,based on the feedback control theory and circular cumulative causality theory,the feedback mechanism of the two major industries in virtual alliance is designed,and based on the results of the previous convergence level and efficiency evaluation,the feedback mechanism model of the two major industries in virtual alliance is designed,so as to reveal the feedback path of the feedback mechanism to the two major industries in virtual alliance,Finally,the implementation strategy of virtual alliance convergence feedback mechanism is proposed.From four aspects,this dissertation puts forward the guarantee strategy of two major industrial convergence mechanisms based on virtual alliance,including the resource guarantee strategy composed of talent,capital,information and technology resources,and the organization guarantee strategy composed of cultivating the organization ecology of virtual alliance,optimizing the organization structure of virtual alliance and strengthening the organization coordination of virtual alliance The system guarantee strategy consists of government policies and enterprise regulations,and the culture guarantee strategy consists of enterprise culture,alliance culture and convergence culture.
