Research On Servitization Operation Mechanism Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry

Equipment manufacturing industry is the foundation of national economy and industrial development,and also a strategic pillar industry of our country.For some time,China’s equipment manufacturing industry has been developing rapidly,realizing the improvement of global value chain position and competitive advantage.As China’s economic development has entered a new normal,digital economy has ushered in a new wave of development,and the industry is moving towards the medium-high end.It is urgent to change the development mode and adjust the economic structure.In this context,the transformation and upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry is the key to promoting high-quality economic development and the trend of The Times.At the same time,driven by the background of service economy,the personalized characteristics of consumer demand gradually appear,and the intelligent,digital and human-centered service-oriented strategy has become the key point to improve the core competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry,showing significant transformation and upgrading effect.Therefore,the service-oriented transformation of the equipment manufacturing industry has become an important way to promote its transformation and upgrading.Based on this,exploring the servitization operation mechanism of the equipment manufacturing industry has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the servitization transformation and upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry,and realizing the improvement of the competitive advantage of the equipment manufacturing industry and the upgrading of the global value chain based on servitization.Based on the definition of related concepts of servitization operation mechanism of equipment manufacturing industry,firstly,the servitization system of equipment manufacturing industry is analyzed from the aspects of system subject,system structure,system objective and system environment of the servitization operation of equipment manufacturing industry are revealed.From the perspective of consumer demand theory,division of labor theory,competitive advantage theory and industrial upgrading theory,analyze the servitization motivation of equipment manufacturing industry;construe the servitization conditions of equipment manufacturing industry from industry conditions and enterprise capability conditions;analyze the servitization operation process of equipment manufacturing industry from three stages: market service demand determination,service capacity trade-off and service approach determination,dynamic matching of strategy implementation and elements.Through the analysis of equipment manufacturing service motivation and conditions,equipment manufacturing service operation process and operation elements,reveals the equipment manufacturing service operation mechanism;on the basis of revealing the servitization mechanism of the equipment manufacturing industry,use the grounded theory method to identify the key elements of servitization operation of the equipment manufacturing industry,and construct the dynamic mechanism,organizational mechanism,coordination mechanism and feedback mechanism of framework of servitization operation mechanisms of the equipment manufacturing industry and analysis of the relationships between them based on the key elements of operation.On this basis,from four aspects of mechanism connotation and function,operation factor analysis,mechanism construction and mechanism operation,the servitization operation dynamic mechanism,organization mechanism,coordination mechanism and feedback mechanism of the equipment manufacturing industry are studied in detail.This paper analyzes the connotation and functions of the servitization operation dynamic mechanism in the equipment manufacturing industry,analyzes market competition,customer personalized demand,customer participation demand,technical environment,policy environment,capital acquisition ability and knowledge acquisition ability and other dynamic factors of servitization in the equipment manufacturing industry and their functional relationships.On this basis,it constructs the servitization operation dynamic transmission mechanism and dynamic interaction mechanism in the equipment manufacturing industry.Then,the structural equation model was used to analyze the servitization operation dynamic mechanism realization of the equipment manufacturing industry.Based on the empirical conclusions,the realization strategy of the servitization operation dynamic mechanism of the equipment manufacturing industry was proposed.This paper analyzes the connotation and functions of the servitization operation organization mechanism in the equipment manufacturing industry,analyzes the elements of servitization operation organization in the equipment manufacturing industry from six aspects: cooperation attitude,common cognition,knowledge spillover,experience learning,risk identification and risk diffusion degree.On this basis,it constructs the servitization operation organization cooperation mechanism,organizational learning mechanism and organizational risk management mechanism in the equipment manufacturing industry.And the simulation analysis method is used to simulate the realization of the servitization operation organization mechanism of the equipment manufacturing industry.Based on the simulation analysis results,the realization strategy of the servitization operation organization mechanism of the equipment manufacturing industry is proposed.This paper analyzes the connotation and functions of the servitization operation coordination mechanism of the equipment manufacturing industry,analyzes the coordination elements of servitization operation of the equipment manufacturing industry from four aspects:resourcessharing intention,resources sharing effect,interest distribution relationship and interest distribution mode.On this basis,the servitization operation coordination mechanism of the equipment manufacturing industry is constructed from two aspects: resources sharing coordination and interest distribution coordination.The realization of servitization operation coordination mechanism in equipment manufacturing industry is simulated by using simulation analysis method.Based on the simulation analysis results,the realization strategy of servitization operation coordination mechanism in equipment manufacturing industry is proposed.This paper analyzes the connotation and functions of the servitization operation feedback mechanism of the equipment manufacturing industry,constructs the servitization operation feedback mechanism of the equipment manufacturing industry,evaluates the servitization level of the equipment manufacturing industry based on panel data and puts forward feedback strategy.Based on the research on the servitization operation mechanism and mechanism of the equipment manufacturing industry,the servitization operation support strategy of the equipment manufacturing industry is proposed from three aspects: system support,resource support and environmental support.In the aspect of system guarantee,it puts forward the guarantee strategy of strengthening the coordination of service-oriented transformation and smooth communication and feedback channels.In terms of resource security,it puts forward the strategy of human resource security,capital resource security,information resource security and technical resource security.In terms of environmental protection,it is proposed to cultivate the service market demand,improve the supporting policies of service,and maintain the market competition pressure guarantee strategy.This study analyzes and reveals the servitization system and the servitization operation mechanism of the equipment manufacturing industry,constructs and deeply analyzes the servitization operation mechanism of the equipment manufacturing industry,and proposes the servitization operation guarantee strategy of the equipment manufacturing industry on this basis.The relevant research results are not only beneficial to enrich and improve the service-oriented theory,but also have important significance for promoting the service-oriented transformation and upgrading of Chinese equipment manufacturing industry,enhancing the competitive advantage of Chinese equipment manufacturing industry and climbing the position of global value chain.
