Research On The Convergence Paths Of China's Equipment Manufacturing And Producer Services Under Global Value Chain

Equipment manufacturing is the foundation of national economic development,especially industrial development.Under the background of global value chain,there are still some problems such as large but not strong and low-level repeated construction,although China's equipment manufacturing has made great progress after the founding of China.At present,the global economy is changing from an industrial-oriented economy to a service-oriented economy,eight countermeasures such as "developing modern manufacturing service industry" put forward in "Made in China 2025" plan,and the development thought of equipment manufacturing which is put forward by the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee of China,indicate a new development direction of China's equipment manufacturing under the new normal economic situation,namely,taking the road of convergence and development of producer service.In the context of resource constraints,it has become a common understanding of academia and industry to deal with the development dilemma of China's equipment manufacturing under global value chain with "industry convergence",promote industrial climbing in global value chain and industrial development,and then drive the regional economic development and national competitiveness.On the basis of defining the concepts of equipment manufacturing,producer services and industry convergence,the convergence system of equipment manufacturing and producer services under global value chain are constructed,and the convergence system be analyzed from the aspects of system elements,system structure,system objectives and system environment,so as to reveal the self-organization of the convergence system.Based on the self-organization theory,the evolution mechanism of the convergence system is analyzed from three aspects: the evolution conditions,the motivation and the process.Based on the evolution mechanism of convergence system analyzed by the grounded theory,the factors affecting the convergence of the two industries be revealed,and based on the connotation characteristics of order parameters,the order parameters of the convergence system be determined by rough set method,which is the value potential in global value chain and convergence capacity of equipment manufacturing.On this basis,according to the different state combinations of the order parameters of the industry convergence system,the overall design of the industry convergence path is carried out,and four realization paths of the convergence of the equipment manufacturing and producer services under global value chain are obtained.The embedded point-type industry convergence path aims to enhance the equipment manufacturing value link,improve its value-added efficiency,it showing the characteristics from a single value chain to multiple value chain points,from a specific embedded producer service to all embedded producer service,from one-dimensional embedding to multi-dimensional embedding.The strategies to realize the embedded point-type industry convergence path are Modularization strategy of equipment manufacturing,standardization strategy of producer service industry and corresponding resource allocation strategy.The horizontal expanded industry convergence path aims to improve the value creation scale of equipment manufacturing,and then accumulate industrial resources and improve the ability of resource integration.Its realization depends on the realization of cloud equipment manufacturing mode.The implementation process of the latitudinal expanded industry convergence path consists of six stages,such as the identification of cloud equipment manufacturing resources and the virtualization of cloud equipment manufacturing resources.Technology support strategy,business model selection strategy and corresponding resource allocation strategy are the strategies to realize the vertical extended industry convergence path.The vertical extended industry convergence path aims to improve potential of equipment manufacturing in global value chain,its realization is a gradual process from forward integration to backward integration.The equipment product-forward service convergence strategy,equipment product-backward service convergence strategy and corresponding resource allocation strategy are the strategies to realize the vertical extended industry convergence path.The reconstructed network industry convergence path aims to further improve the potential of equipment manufacturing in global value chain and finally gain the control of GVC,its realization process includes two stages: decomposition and integration of GVC.The strategies to realize the reconstructed network industry convergence path are the strategy of constructing national value networks,the constructing global value networks and the strategy of resources allocating.The industry convergence path selection system is constructed from the aspects of selection process,seclection basis and selection method design of industry convergence path.On these bases,the evolution relationship between the two industrial convergence paths is revealing.On this basis,taking Chinas power generation equipment manufacturing industry as an example,the empirical study is carried out to verify the rationality and operability of industry convergence path and its implementation strategy.Based on the perspective of global value chain,the convergence path of equipment manufacturing and producer services in China and its implementation strategy are analyzed.On the one hand,a theoretical research framework of industrial integration path with scientific research system,complete research content and appropriate research methods is formed which enrich and perfect the theoretical system of industrial convergence and global value chain;on the other hand,the research results provide theoretical guidance and strategic support for the industry convergence of China's equipment manufacturing and producer services under global value chain.It has important practical significance to solve the development dilemma of China's equipment manufacturing under global value chain,to improve its value potential in global value chain and value-added capacity,to promote the leapfrog upgrading of China's equipment manufacturing under the new normal economy,to promote the development of producer services,and then drive the development of regional economy and macro economy.
