Optimizing the pattern of land and space utilization has become an important measure of regional coordinated development and ecological security.How to build a scientific pattern of land and space development and utilization and accurately locate the production-life-ecology space function has become an urgent problem in the sustainable utilization of urban land and space.In this context,this paper takes Hebi City of Henan Province as the empirical research object,takes the production life ecological space identification as the starting point of the study,and carries out the research on the optimal regulation and utilization of land space on the basis of the research on the evaluation of the carrying capacity of resources and environment and the suitability of land space development.According to the evaluation of the spatial function level of the production-life-ecology space in each district and county of Hebi City,the spatial heterogeneity and correlation analysis were carried out on the distribution characteristics of the spatial function pattern of the production-life-ecology space in the territory of Hebi City.To evaluate the carrying capacity of resources and environment and the suitability of land and space development,and to evaluate the carrying level and suitability of agricultural production and urban construction in Hebi.On the basis of "double evaluation",this paper optimizes the spatial function division of the production-life-ecology space in Hebi City.In order to determine the distribution pattern of the spatial advantage function of the production-life-ecology space,the standard display comparative advantage index(NRCA)is introduced to determine the dominant function of the production-life-ecology space.The results show that the production-life-ecology space utilization is jointly affected by urbanization,economic development and other multiple factors.The influence of social and economic factors is greater than that of natural environment.The evolution of the production-life-ecology space utilization is affected by the social economic system,natural resource system,ecological environment system and human interact.Through the empirical study on the quantitative identification of the spatial functions of the production-life-ecology space in Hebi City,it shows that the classification system of the spatial functions of the production-life-ecology space can better reflect the functional types of different land types,and the division of different land functions is basically consistent with the identification results of the spatial dominant functions.From the perspective of the spatial heterogeneity,the high value areas of production function are located in Qi County and Jun County,and in the spatial distribution,they are located in the southeast of Hebi City.The land use in this area is dominated by the agricultural land such as irrigated land and dry land,and the life function high value area is distributed in Qibin District,Heshan District and Shancheng District.In terms of spatial pattern,the area is mainly distributed in the old and new urban areas of Hebi City.It is a belt area formed by continuous development.The high value area of ecological function is distributed in Heshan District and Shancheng District.It is mainly located in the mountainous and hilly area in the west of the city.There are many forest land,grassland and other ecological land in this area.From the perspective of spatial correlation,the functions of the production-life-ecology space show certain characteristics of spatial agglomeration,which can be tested by global autocorrelation and local autocorrelation.Different functional agglomeration areas have great differences in spatial distribution pattern.The results show that the high-grade area is the main bearing capacity and suitability area of agricultural production in Hebi City,accounting for 89.39% and 88.67% of the assessed area,and the secondary high-grade and high-grade urban construction bearing capacity accounts for 36.38% and 8.85% respectively.The proportion of suitable agricultural development areas in Hebi City is high,and the urban construction and development is mainly moderate.On this basis,the production-life-ecology space are divided into seven types of spatial function zones.According to the characteristics of the area,the paper tries to build a reconstructive pattern of the optimized regulation of the production-life-ecology space,and gives the policy suggestions of the optimized regulation and utilization of the production-life-ecology space.The agricultural land of the production space should be increased investment level,the construction land of the living space should be improved utilization efficiency,the rural construction land should be renovated,and the ecological land of the ecological space should be restored.The innovation of this paper is mainly based on the multi-function of land use,to construct the realization path of the identification and optimization of the functions of the production-life-ecology space,to provide a new perspective and technical method for the identification and delimitation of the production-life-ecology space;to carry out the evaluation of the resources and environment carrying capacity of the production-life-ecology space spaces and the suitability of the development of the land and space,to determine the bearing level of agricultural production and urban construction by integrating single factors According to the suitability of land and space development of agricultural production and urban construction,and based on the superior functions,the paper puts forward the zoning plan and implementation path for the optimization of land and space in Hebi City.This study provides better decision-making and technical support for the specific planning practice,provides theoretical basis and practical basis for the optimization of land space development pattern,and provides reference for improving the implementation and efficiency of regional land space governance and improving the theoretical research of land space development optimization and regulation.
