Rearch On Evaluation Of Comprehensive Carrying Capacity Of Territorial Resource And Environment In Poyang Ecological Economic Zone

Territorial resource and environment has the characteristis of both space and substance. As a stereo space system, territorial resource and environment provides a necessary life arena and production base for people in a country or area. As a Material substance made up of natural resources and social economic resources, it is primary cover to promote the development of human civilization. In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy, the conflict among population, resources and environment became increasingly prominent. Its have some certain influence to human survival and development among the rapid growth of global population, the worsening of ecological environment and the sharp reduction of cultivated land resources. Therefore, comprehensive carrying capacity of territorial resource and environment naturally become focus of attention of the countries (regions). Comprehensive carrying capacity of territorial resource and environment is a complicated system refer to society, economy, environment and resource, with the characteristics of dynamic, complexity and diversity.In different regions, factors that affect comprehensive carrying capacity of territorial resource and environment are not the same. Poyang lake ecological economic zone lay equal stress on both development and protection, the study of the comprehensive carrying capacity of territorial resource and environment has very important significance.the thesis, having these theories of sustainable utilization, location theory, regional differentiation regularity of person and the ecological economy theory as support, based on the analysis of present situation and the existing problems of the poyang lake ecological economic zone, selects water resources subsystem, land resource subsystem, ecological and geological environment atmosphere environment subsystem as criterion layer, and evaluate the carrying capacity of each subsystem. Then using the county (city) as a evaluation unit, builts evaluation index system of comprehensive carrying capacity of territorial resource and environment by index of each subsystem capacity, and evaluates the comprehensive carrying capacity of territorial resource and environment of poyang lake ecological economic zone using state-space method,.Finally, puts forward to countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the comprehensive carrying capacity of territorial resource and environment in poyang lake ecological economic zone.The results showed that:(1)territorial resource and environment in Poyang lake ecological economic zone is complicated and varied.Land acrea is vast, proportion of Agricultural nearly 80%; well-developed river system, hydraulic energy, Wind energy and other clean energy are rich,and traditional energy is relatively scarce; atmospheric environment is favorable, regional environmental air quality all meet the national secondary standard in 2010. In recent years, on the background of central China’s emerging strategy in Jiangxi province, territorial resource and environment situation of Poyang lake ecological economic zone is not optimistic,the aggravation of social and economic activities has brought issues like, the contradiction in land use, serious soil erosion, frequent occurrences of natural disasters. (2) water resources carrying capacity of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone is still in the upload phase, land carrying capacity and ecological-geological environment bearing capacity of urban counties vary greatly.In Donghu District, land carrying capacity is overloaded;in five areas under the jurisdiction of Nanchang, ecological-geological environment carrying capacity is overloaded, Wannian county, Zhushan district, Xunyang district, Zhangshu city and some other counties(city, area) still have great potential; the air condition overall ecological economic zone is good, the atmospheric environment carrying capacity of the state is in a reasonable state. (3)the overall analysis of comprehensive carrying capacity of territorial resource and environment in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone is in good condition, only the land carrying load of Ruichang city Yu Gan District and jiujiang county is too large.In ecological economic zone, the overall carrying capacity of more than 90% of the regional land still has room for development, are in a state can carry, Donghu District, pengze County and Dean Xian region’s economic development and population growth in the local land conditions such as the pressure is relatively large, the territorial resource and environment comprehensive carrying close to full load; Ruichang City, Yugan and Jiujiang County land comprehensive carrying capacity overload.Finally, in order to improve the comprehensive carrying capacity of territorial resource and environment of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone, some policy recommendations were offered to provide a reference for the economic and social development of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone, such as strengthen macro-control of planning system, protect arable land, rational utilization of land, changes in land extensive management, improve intensive utilization of land, rational utilization of water resources, built water-saving society, comprehensive management of environmental pollution, maintain healthy development of ecological system.
