Following our enterprises' merger operations of cross-regions and cross-borders and sales of product globalization, there exist a lot of large size supply chain network systems with multi-sites,multi-distribution centers(DCs),multi-routes and multi-customers.In these systems,it is key problem for the enterprises that how to realize the integrated management and full utilizations of two or more logistics resources and at the same time,to minimize the cost of coordinating these resources.Especially, from the view of low carbon economics,it is new challenge for the entrepreneurs and researchers that how to integrate the uncertain consumers' ordering, and analyze the possibly reduction of low carbon during the logistics operations to realize the optimization of logistics resources.According with the real needs of enterprises, this dissertation expand the theory model and merhods about integrated resources management and coordination optimization in enterprises' logistics systems. The main researches of this dissertation include the following aspects:First, the optimization of the resource integration and the management of truck loading distribution are studied in large size logistics distribution systems by considering the process of dynamic consumers' orderings. The models of integer programming and dual level programming are established respectively, and a series of intelligent algorithms, such as unsupervised clustering, fuzzy clustering and the heuristic rules, are proposed to solve the above models.Further, during the integrated optimization of truck loading distribution system, using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the expended analysis is studied to propose the comprehensive evaluation system of truck loading distribution integration by the combination of economics goal and low carbon goal.At last, the numerical simulations based on the real case are performed to verify the proposed methods.Second, the problem of integrated optimization with production, inventory ration and distribution of a manufacturer is explored. Here the integrated optimization of the prediction of the manufacturer's production quantity, inventory ration and the delayed delivery allowances are combined and the multi-customers' orderings,multi-product categories and multi-retailers are considered. The goal of this problem is to minimize the sum of product cost and the delayed delivery allowances.Because of the complex of the problem, the backward method is adopted by step and step optimization. Finally, the scope of the optimal decisions about the manufacturer's producing quantity, the inventory ration policy and the producing orders of the delayed orderings are obtained.During the numerical experiments,we do some simulation analysis about the manufacturer's inventory ration strategy, the total delay subsidy and the total cost and the management interpretation is given. Finally, the problem of optimization management in the logistics system under low carbon economics environment is considered.Through adding the constraint of low carbon trade rules, the optimization model of low carbon economics is established besides the economics goal, where the total quantity of carbon emission, trading mechanism for buying or selling carbon emissions and carbon cap etc.are considered, and the influences of these trade mechanisms on the decision policies are analyzed. In addition, with the aid of the advance information system, such as GPS,the evaluation system by data mining is designed to analyze the data of the drivers' driving behaviors during the transportations.Through the statistical analysis system on the drivers' transporting behaviors, the driving behaviors of the drivers can be specified and the fuel consumption of the transportations is reduced to realize the win-win goals of enterprises' economics benefit and social benefit.
