Logistics is the tie that connect the national economic production and consumption, sothe logistics industry also is called the economic and social‘s "blood transfusion tube".Although the status of the logistics industry in the national economy pillar industry, butshould not be ignored is the logistics industry is the main source of high energy consumptionand greenhouse gas emissions. With the increasing concern of haze pollution and low-carboneconomics, this paper discuss translog production function analyses about the presentsituation of logistics structure and energy efficiency,in the view of energy consumption,measured the carbon footprint of the logistics industry in2004-2012, according to thecalculated result and reference government documents, putting forward different provinciallogistics industry in China during the12th Five Year Plan and13th Five Year Plan of carbonintensity and energy intensity value goal planning, and using the grey prediction model. Theresults showed that:1. Logistics efficiency increased significantly in China since2002withnatural gas making the biggest contribution, clean energy like electricity and natural gas caneffectively replace oil and coal, and the electricity and natural gas technology improved fasterthan oil and coal in the logistics industry. Clean energy will gradually replace high-carbonemission energy in the future.2. China‘s logistics have been showed a trend of risingemissions of carbon footprint, northwest provinces such as Ningxia, Inner Mongolia keep thefastest growth, Shanghai, Guangdong and other coastal provinces growth is slowing,according to logistics carbon footprint size can be divided into four levels.3. According to thecurrent situation of logistics industry energy conservation and emissions reduction, forecastshows that the12th Five Year period, our country fails to complete the logistics carbonfootprint dynamic energy conservation and emissions reduction targets, but during the periodof13th Five Year can do,15provinces logistics can complete "double strength" targets, andmost of the provinces‘"double strength" value is onthe decline.
