Imported Iron Ore Logistics System Optimization Research Based On Logistics Integration

China as the world's biggest consumer of iron ore,it produced crude steel 804 million tons,accounted for 49.6% of global weight,ranked first in the world for consecutive years.Iron and steel industry is the important basis for the development of the national economy industry,it determines the development of construction industry,car industry,household appliance industry,national defense industry and other related industry,and promote the development of our country's modern industrialization.Iron ore as the steel industry industrial raw materials,while the reserves of iron ore resources in our country is relatively abundant,but due to the reason of low grade iron ore resources in quality,uneven distribution of resources,and domestic iron ore quantity cannot meet the increasing demand,so that China's iron ore external dependence is higher and need to import a large number of iron ore each year.Iron ore imports accounted for two-thirds of global imports,imports have more than the sum of the rest of the world,2015,953 million tons of iron ore imports.In 2015,C hina imported iron ore 953 million tons,accounting for two-thirds of the global in sea transportation import.Iron and steel enterprises which belong to the same port hinterland in China take coastal iron ore ports of discharge for the node s.They imported a large number of iron ore from Australia,Brazil,South Africa and other countries which own rich iron ore resources in use of the nodes.Because of the independent ways of iron ore trade and logistics mode,including independent materials purchasing,transportation,storage,distribution and other imported iron ore logistics procedures,result in the high logistics cost of imported iron ore,the problem of iron ore overstock and distribution not in time.For above problems,this paper will construct imported iron ore logistics system optimization model based on the port for the node and the logistics integration theory.This model will give full consideration to iron ore suppliers and customers,to meet the supply,demand and the logistics constraints from the perspective of total iron ore logistics system cost optimization.And then,this paper will take Zhanjiang harbor as an example,and get the optimal solution of purchasing,transportation,distribution under the conditio n of system minimum cost in every period time.In the end,this paper analyzes the impact on the imported iron ore logistics system from the new background of the iron and steel industry.
