Study On The Assessment And Optimization Of Urban Tourism Environment Carrying Capacity

Tourism environment is the basis for the sustainable development of tourism activities,and is also an important prerequisite for the sustainable development of tourism destinations.With the development of tourism and the intensification of the urbanization process of destination,the influx of tourists,the increase of urban population,the pressure and pollution of tourism environment are increasing day by day.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the urban tourism environment carrying capacity in order to achieve sustainable development of tourism environment.On the basis of defining relevant concepts,the article explores the urban tourism environment carrying capacity by applying the theory of stakeholders,the theory of harmonious development,the theory of systematic science,the theory of the life cycle of tourist sites and so on.First,the papaer defines the connotation and index system of urban tourism environment carrying capacity.On the basis of discussing the connotation of urban tourism environment carrying capacity,this paper analyzes the factors influencing the demand of urban tourism environment by multi-subjects,probes into the balance of interests of the multi-subjects to tourism environment demand,and analyses the influence of the core subject on the tourism environment carrying capacity,and constructs the "PSR" mechanism,which carries the natural tourism environment carrying capacity.The index system of urban tourism environmental carrying capacity is constructed from three perspectives: force tourism environment carrying capacity,economic tourism environment carrying capacity and social tourism environment carrying capacity.Second,the measurement of urban tourism environment carrying capacity index and coupling within constructed,and the model simulation is solved with the help of NSGA-?.By searching the optimal solution set,it provides a reference for the choice of decision-makers.Fifth,application of urban tourism environmental carrying capacity model.Through the analysis of the general situation of Lanzhou City and the general situation of tourism in Lanzhou,this paper discusses the achievements and shortcomings of the tourism environment governance in Lanzhou,and carries out the measurement of the tourism environment carrying capacity index and the system coupling analysis in Lanzhou,and analyzes the tourism environment carrying potential of Lanzhou based on the SD model and carries out the tourism environment,and then research the multi-subjects optimization of urban tourism environment carrying capacity in differrent scenarios.Last,improves the urban tourism environment carrying capacity of the relevant countermeasures.It puts forward the leading role of the government in the improvement of the tourism environment,including the transformation of government governance to the modern function,the construction of the inclusive development model of the tourism destination government,the construction of the tourism environment damage assessmentsystem,and the exploration of the government led tourism environment governance model.The seasonal adjustment of
