Synergetic Agglomeration Of Producer Services And Manufacturing For The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is a very important area in China.Beijing,Tianjing,and Heibei are closely linked and inseparable from each other in terms of geographical location and economic development.With the review and adoption of"The Beijing-TianJin-Hebei Cooperative Development Plan",the issue of cooperative development is formally raised to the national level in the form of outline,and the pace of regional cooperative development begins to enter the fast lane.Due to the influence of historical problems,the foundation of cooperative development is not optimistic,which mainly shows that the level of cooperative development in this region is not high,and the relationship between individuals is not satisfactory.In the stage of industrialization,this paper studies the combination of producer service industry and manufacturing synergy with Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and tries to explore the way of promoting the cooperation of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei from the angle of industrial synergy agglomeration,which is of great significance in theory and realityBased on the above background,this paper comprehensively utilizes the relevant principles and methods of regional economics and industrial economics,combined with the actual situation of economic development in this region,from the two dimensions of both industrial level and the space level.This paper studies the problems related to the development of producer services and manufacturing in the region from the theoretical and empirical two aspects.The specific research contents are as follows:First,it focuses on the industrial synergy agglomeration,and finds that industrial agglomeration exists first in the industrial synergy,and the industrial synergy agglomeration develops on the basis of industrial agglomeration.In the process of industrial synergy agglomeration,the intrinsic industrial correlation between different industries is the precondition of the possibility of synergy between industries,which mainly manifests in the forward correlation and the back correlation.Compared with the single industry agglomeration,this paper puts forward that the industrial synergy agglomeration can enlarge the scale effect of industrial agglomeration,solve the economy of individual industry agglomeration and realize the combination development of different industries.Second,the paper analyzes the inner mechanism of the cooperative agglomeration development of production service industry and manufacturing industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.First of all,combining the concept and connotation of "mechanism",the paper analyzes the internal mechanism of synergy agglomeration between producer service industry and manufacturing,and then establishes the theoretical model according to the intrinsic relationship between demand correlation and supply correlation.The empirical analysis method of spatial measurement is used to examine the internal factors influencing the development of synergy agglomeration of producer services and manufacturing in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.From the analysis of industry level,it is found that in the case of controlling other variables,the input-output association of industry promotes the synergy of producer service and manufacturing,and the knowledge concentration helps to realize the synergy agglomeration of producer service industry and manufacturing.As a regional central city,Beijing has a certain radiation effect on the surrounding areas,and the function size is related to the space distance.From the analysis of space level,it is found that factor cost and transaction cost have significant influence on the synergy agglomeration of producer service industry and manufacturing,and there is a balanced transaction cost level which makes producer service industry and manufacturing cooperate agglomeration degree to achieve the best.From the analysis of system level,it is found that there is a negative correlation between government scale and industrial synergy agglomeration,and the excessive administrative intervention hinders the development of industrial synergy agglomeration,and the promotion of market integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei will help to enhance the degree of industrial synergyThird,the paper focus on in-depth analysis of the development effects of cooperative agglomeration of production service industry and manufacturing industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Firstly,the complementary effect and extrusion effect of the two in the cooperation agglomeration environment in Jing-Jin-Ji region are studied.Then,the paper introduces the urban population scale as the threshold variable to construct the panel threshold regression model,and finds that in the model estimation of different urban scale,the synergy agglomeration between producer service industry and manufacturing has a threshold effect on urban economic growth.It is suggested that when the size of urban population is from 7.7826 million to 18.6357 million,the development of synergy agglomeration between producer services and manufacturing in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is the most impetus effect on urban economic growth,which provides a measure for the scale of urban developmentFinally,the paper studies the development of the synergy agglomeration of producer service industry and manufacturing in Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei region from the theoretical level.In the context of collaborative development,the relationship between Xiongan district and the development of industrial synergy agglomeration in Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei region is inevitable This paper,based on the analysis of the relationship between the new zone and Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,puts forward that the establishment of the new area can effectively improve the development level of the productive service industry and the manufacturing.The development of synergy agglomeration between producer service industry and manufacturing in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei can effectively promote the industrial structure upgrading and spatial layout optimization of the new area.The innovation of this article is mainly embodied in the following three aspects:First,in the industrial linkage analysis of the productive service industry and manufacturing in Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei region,the paper avoids the traditional research methods such as"Demand compliance theory","supply-oriented theory"and"Interaction Theory",and uses the"Cobb-Douglas"production function.This paper uses the method of factor decomposition and reorganization to excavate the interaction between the factors of production in the industry and innovate the research methods.Second,in the analysis of the internal mechanism of the development of producer service industry and manufacturing synergy,the paper deduces the intrinsic mechanism of industrial synergy agglomeration from industry linkage,spatial linkage and the internal conduction mechanism of both,and puts forward that there exists a balanced transaction cost to achieve the optimal synergy of producer service and manufacturingThirdly,when studying the synergy agglomeration effect of producer service industry and manufacturing in Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei region,the paper introduces the urban population scale as the threshold variable to construct the panel
