The Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cluster are the three major state-level urban agglomerations, they have become the important engines of China's economic development.Among them,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cluster have distinct characteristics, obvious advantages and strong complementarities. This paper mainly studied the relationship among the agglomeration, specialization, diversification and industrial labor productivity of producer services in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. On the basis of Marshall externality and Jacobs externality, this paper discussed the selection mechanism of specialization and diversification modes, and constructed an analytical framework for the specialization and diversification of producer services and the improvement of industrial labor productivity.Based on the panel data of 13 prefecture-level cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2007 to 2016,this paper used the Eviews panel measurement model and studied the impact of the agglomeration of producer services on the improvement of industrial labor productivity in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cluster. Then, the effects of the specialization and diversification of producer services on the improvement of industrial labor productivity were studied. The results shown that the agglomeration of producer services effectively improved industrial labor productivity, and the reasonable pattern selection can effectively enhance industrial labor productivity.
