Since the late start of service industry of China, the development of the service sector is still lagging behind the overall economic development level.Producer service industry is a newly-developing industry which directly affects the production processes,it has also played an increasingly important role in regional economic development. For the Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei region, with the acceleration of the integration process, the degree of producer service industry agglomeration is a barometer of economic development in BTH region. In the long term, the agglomeration degree of producer service industry has a great contribution to the development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei's integration strategy. On the basis of the inquiry on the theoretical level, this paper uses spatial econometric model to explore.Firstly, this paper introduces the related theory of industry agglomeration from the aspects of concept, features and causes, and the related theory of producer service in terms of concept and classifications. Then, this paper analyzes the situation of producer service agglomeration abroad and the general features of the agglomeration regions.Secondly, this paper uses the latest statistical data of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei to analyze the economic development and industrial structure of the overall area and the 13 prefecture-level cities of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei, and it estimates the agglomeration level of producer service of Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei region using the space Gini coefficient and explores the economic development level of this region from both horizontal and vertical dimensions, which has strong timeliness.Thirdly, this paper introduces the spatial and time factors into the panel data research, and expands the model from two dimensions to three dimensions, and it analyses the agglomeration degree and influencing factors through establishing three spatial weight matrices and spatial panel data model, combined with five indices which might have influence on the producer service. In the empirical part, this paper determines the changes of the producer service agglomeration degree over time according to Moran's I index, and it also determines to use fixed effect model according to Hausman test, then it estimates the value of fixed effects using MATLAB software. Finally, this paper do the ordinary panel data regression using the stata software and uses spatial lag model to analyse. On the basis of the results of the model,we came to the conclusion:technical innovation level, informationization level, and human capital level showed a positive correlation to the agglomeration degree of productive service industry, while regional scale and government level showed a negative correlation to the agglomeration degree of producer service industry. Some suggestions are also put forward to promote the development of producer service industry.
