With the global resource consumption and environmental pollution becoming increasingly serious,smart cloud manufacturing has become the focus of academic and industrial attention at home and abroad.As a service-oriented,high efficiency and low consumption networked intelligent manufacturing mode,smart cloud manufacturing provides an open framework to integrate each entity involved in manufacturing,transportation,transformation,distribution,and demand with a new generation of information technology,through the unified and centralized intelligent management of all kinds of manufacturing resources,it can provide users with flexible and agile services throughout the whole manufacturing life cycle.This paper takes the service-platform-task under the smart cloud manufacturing environment as the research object,aiming at providing users with high-quality,cheap,safe and reliable processing services.It optimizes the scheduling of all kinds of manufacturing services according to certain rules and policies,and mainly completes the following tasks:(1)Based on the industrial Internet standard architecture,the smart cloud manufacturing cognitive service coordination scheduling hierarchical architecture of service-oriented composite quality was proposed.On the basis of this hierarchical architecture,the smart cloud manufacturing service scheduling framework,scheduling operation mechanism and scheduling business process are further proposed.(2)The offline static scheduling mode of smart cloud manufacturing is constructed according to the practical application scenarios of smart cloud manufacturing service scheduling.By combining genetic algorithm with simulated annealing algorithm,a hybrid genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the static scheduling model,and the optimal off-line static scheduling scheme for smart cloud manufacturing service is obtained to meet the personalized needs of users.(3)Aiming at the uncertainty factors such as the arrival of new tasks and the failure of machines and equipment often encounter in the actual manufacturing process,the real-time dynamic scheduling model of smart cloud manufacturing service is constructed by combining dynamic cycle driven and event-driven scheduling strategies.Taking the off-line static scheduling scheme as input to participate in the real-time dynamic scheduling,and introducing the reinforcement learning theory to the model,the adaptive learning genetic simulated annealing algorithm was proposed to solve the dynamic scheduling model,and finally the optimal real-time coordinated scheduling scheme was obtained to solve the asymmetric contradiction between supply and demand information.(4)The smart cloud service coordination scheduling verification system was developed,through the establishment of an interface with the manufacturing service scheduling integrated data platform,real-time data collection and analysis are carried out,so as to realize the functions of service task data collection,task fault monitoring,service coordination and scheduling,and execution control,and finally achieve the purpose of reducing enterprise cost and improving resource utilization.
