With the rapid development of the Internet of Things technology,a series of national strategies such as Made in China 2025,the American Advanced Manufacturing Partnership Program,and Germany's Industry 4.0 have been put forward,and the Industrial Internet of Things has also received a lot of attention.The Industrial Internet of Things continuously integrates sensor technology,mobile communication technology,control engineering,and artificial intelligence into all aspects of industrial manufacturing,greatly improving industrial productivity and production quality,and accelerating traditional industries toward intelligence..However,as a highly interconnected network,the Industrial Internet of Things still has many security problems in its development process.In the industrial Internet of Things system,if a certain device node is invaded,the bad effects brought about will not only bring systemic risks to the entire system,but will also spread through the node network at a high speed.Therefore,the detection system should identify malicious devices in time and prevent them from causing systemic risks.This article aims to propose a blockchain and smart contract security solution that can improve the security of industrial Io T devices.This solution can fundamentally protect the detection system and ensure that its detection methods cannot be tampered with or destroyed.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Aiming at the industrial Io T security architecture,the Schain framework based on blockchain and smart contracts is designed.The framework uses edge servers as communication hubs between organizations,and combines the channels of the Fabric alliance chain to establish an isolation mechanism to ensure that industrial Io T devices can coordinate their work without interfering with each other.Finally,a MWIT detection model is designed,which adopts a periodic detection method,so that each IIo T device can still be in a normal operating state during detection.(2)For the detection system of industrial equipment,a detection algorithm based on trust evaluation is designed.The algorithm redefines the generation form of direct trust value and indirect trust value,and uses historical trust value with cumulative effect as one of the criteria for judging malicious devices.Based on the behavior characteristic data,this algorithm adopts an improved fuzzy processing algorithm and D-S evidence theory fusion rules to obtain a more reasonable trust value result.(3)In response to the Schain security program,the experimental simulation verifies the feasibility of the program.The intelligent manufacturing line is selected as a work scene.In order to obtain the characteristic behavior data of the detected device,the circuit diagram of the STM32 microcontroller and the CAN communication module is designed in the experiment,and the data detection task of the main control MCU is the core module;at the same time,the communication behavior data is simulated using ENSP and Wireshark software.Crawn and analyze.Finally,the Fabric alliance chain was set,and the intelligent contract based on the detection algorithm was prepared and deployed.In the end,the simulation experiment verifies the feasibility of the block chain and the intelligent contract framework and the effectiveness of the corresponding detection algorithm.
