Television-to-agricultural services have always been one of the important areas of high concern and practice in the history of the development of China's television industry.This paper combines history and theory,and has a unique insight into the promotion of scientific and technological innovation and the promotion of the policy of benefiting farmers.It is a comprehensive and systematic approach from the traditional TV era(the era of analog technology)to the TV industry in China,and the digital TV era is TV.Program communication creates new possibilities,Internet thinking and environment challenges traditional TV to agricultural service programs,radio and television policies to promote the special value of agricultural programs,typical case studies,and new changes in the relationship between supply and demand of agricultural service programs.The dimension reveals the basic laws of China's development of the agricultural TV industry.It is the core element of the promotion of science and technology innovation and the promotion of the policy of benefiting farmers.The two elements form a synergy to promote the continuous innovation and development of the has made some constructive thinking on the optimization and development of agricultural service programs.Firstly,from the perspective of the history of media science and technology,this paper divides the development history of TV on agricultural service programs into two parts:the traditional TV era(the era of analog technology)and the digital TV era.Through the grasp of the relationship between communication technology and communication content,To sort out the production and development of radio and television programs for agricultural services.It clarifies that the broadcasting technology in the traditional TV era pioneered the broadcasting and television service program in China.It has experienced the upgrading of the column and channelization of agricultural programs from scratch.In the 1990s,digital technology entered the field of television practice,and the various aspects of the production and broadcasting of agricultural TV service programs were digitalized,networked,and efficient.The application space of TV services was vigorously expanded,and the traditional TV-to-farm programs from form to content to service.There have been revolutionary changes in the way.In particular,the upgrade of transmission systems and the expansion of new media transmission channels have enabled local media to break through the regional limitations of agricultural communication.From the perspective of policy-driven research,the thesis systematically discusses how the party and government can provide effective protection for TV programs on agricultural services through the policy of benefiting farmers in the socialist construction with Chinese characteristics.The "three rural issues" have dominated the development of rural radio and television industry in China.The government has special considerations and preferential policies in the production of radio and television program content under the conditions of rural radio and television infrastructure construction and market economy.On the specific TV-to-agricultural service program content construction and production system,the benefit-peasant policy directly promotes the establishment of a complete system for agricultural program production,and forms a comprehensive system-wide agricultural service platform from channel to column to program.From the production of the original program,the program contains a part of the agricultural service elements,and then to the specialized agricultural service column to the professional agricultural channel,and then CCTV will soon separate the original military agricultural channel,and establish a national-level professional agricultural channel.This is agricultural based on better national considerations showing preferential treatment forservices at the level.At present,the construction of county-level integrated media center will further implement TV-enhanced farmers,from the county-level platform to the provincial-level and even the national platform,to play the role of expanding the first-line communication of the grassroots,and to serve the new needs of farmers through mobile mobile terminals,to integrate the media center platform.As a basis for enlarging the needs of the grassroots and individuals to a larger level,it serves the rural areas and farmers.It is precisely because of the joint efforts of science and technology innovation and the promotion of the two core elements of the policy of benefiting farmers.China's TV industry has gradually formed from the four levels of coverage,villages and villages,households,and then to the people's TV poverty alleviation industry policy.At present,China's infrastructure structure for agricultural communication,at the same time,forms a complete TV-to-agricultural service program system from the central to the local level,from the professional agricultural service channel to the column to the program.Based on the above discussion,the thesis further explores the challenges and countermeasures faced by China's TV-to-agricultural service programs in the context of media integration.The author combines the supply and demand theory of TV media and the theoretical guidance of communication audiences.Based on the "digital divide" of information dissemination,the selection principle of platform differences of four-level radio and television media networks and the feasibility analysis of research,select typical regions and typical programs.Empirical research.Selected national-level professional-to-farm channel CCTV military and agricultural channel representative of the "Guifu" "township"column(national-level farm channel typical),Anhui Yinzhou TV station(city-level professional to farm channel)and Zhangzhou Jiangyan Village(traditional village),Zhejiang Chun'an TV Station(county-level channel)and Guan'an Guantou Village(characteristic rural tourism village)conducted case analysis and field research,and obtained first-hand changes in the supply and demand relationship of agricultural service programs.Cognition.On the basis of in-depth interpretation of the new changes in the supply and demand of agricultural service programs found in the survey,we will build a county-level fusion media center based on scientific and technological innovation,optimize the traditional TV service programs under the mobile priority concept,and realize the grassroots level in a larger area.A number of suggestions were made on aspects such as agricultural services.
