Public opinion in social networks is the network public opinion that has different views on social hot issues on social networks,and it is a form of social public opinion.It is the collection of netizens' influence,tendented views and opinions on social and life hot issues through the Internet.With the rapid development of social media,online public opinions are characterized by suddenness,randomness,diversity,concealment,directness and deviation.Online public opinions in the social media environment are characterized by fast outbreak,wide coverage and difficult control,which enables relevant topics and events to form a strong network and social public opinion field in a short time,and the resulting social influence even changes the development trajectory of the situation to some extent.These characteristics pose a great threat to the ecological environment of social network public opinion information,which may lead to the structure and dysfunction of the public opinion ecosystem,affecting the communication effect of public opinion,and even cause serious social harm and even cause major mass incidents,threatening social harmony and national stability.In this paper,literature analysis,empirical analysis,simulation analysis and machine learning are combined to study the characteristics of public opinion communication in social networks based on information ecology theory.Specifically,this study mainly includes five parts.Firstly,the third chapter analyzes the communication mechanism of public opinions on social networks based on the information ecosystem theory,which is the theoretical core framework of the whole paper.It points out that the three elements of information ecology are information man,information and information environment.Then chapter four to chapter six respectively empirically analyze the influence of social network public opinion nodes,text mining and emotional classification,as well as the propagation rules of social network public opinion,based on information person,information and information environment,providing theoretical support for chapter seven.Finally,chapter 7 puts forward the public opinion management strategy of social network based on the information ecosystem theory,which is the foothold of this paper at the practical level.The specific contents are shown below.Chapter four analyzes the influence of social network public opinion nodes based on information people.Based on the information entropy theory,this chapter constructs the influence model of network public opinion nodes,and proposes that network nodes have direct influence,indirect influence and comprehensive influence.By defining the information entropy of the number of connected users and the information entropy of interactive frequency,the direct,indirect and comprehensive influence information entropy of network nodes are measured.This chapter adopts the empirical research method to take the topic of "garbage classification" as an example to collect related articles published by WeChat official account to build a full connectivity network,and calculate the direct influence,indirect influence and comprehensive influence of seven WeChat official accounts.Based on the mathematical expression of user influence proposed in this chapter,Matlab software is used to simulate the model.Finally,this chapter USES WeChat and microblog real data to empirically analyze the influence of social network public opinion users.This chapter mainly studies the information person ontology in the communication of social network public opinions,which echoes the fifth and sixth chapters and provides theoretical support for the management strategy of social network public opinions users in the seventh chapter.Chapter five is the emotional classification of social network public opinion text based on information.This chapter builds an emotional evolution model of social network public opinion users based on the theory of emotional polarity and emotional intensity,analyzes the emotional polarity and emotional intensity,and analyzes the characteristics and fluctuations of users' emotional evolution.Based on convolutional neural network to build social network public opinion user comment text classification model,through the crawler respectively for weibo users and WeChat public number on hot topic "rubbish" the text of the emotional content,using Word2 Vector training term vectors,use NLPIR and participle BosonNLP tools,build emotional corpus of users based on the "garbage sorting" theme,and through neural network(CNN)for text classification.This chapter mainly studies the emotional characteristics of social network public opinion users,namely information.This chapter echoes the fourth and sixth chapters,providing theoretical support for the seventh chapter of network public opinion user relationship management strategy.The sixth chapter is the communication analysis of social network public opinions based on information environment.This ZhangJianLi social network public opinion information transmission model and public opinion information dissemination time curve spread public opinion information is divided into three periods,stage respectively,sudden,widespread and disperse phase,and for each stage respectively microblogging and WeChat public opinion dissemination of network structure including the number of the node,edge,the weighted average degree,the network diameter,average clustering coefficient and characteristic vector center degree and average path length were analyzed.Take the hot topic "garbage classification" as an example to obtain the relevant microblog and forwarding data on weibo platform,as well as the related articles published by the public account of WeChat platform and the reprinted data as the data source for empirical analysis,and conduct visual analysis on the evolution of network public opinion topics in various periods through the software Gephi.Through the analysis of public opinion evolution time,public opinion outbreak number,public opinion peak and other communication process characteristics,the law of public opinion information communication on social network is analyzed.This chapter mainly studies the information environment in the communication of social network public opinions,which echoes the fourth and fifth chapters and provides theoretical support for the management strategy of social network public opinions information environment in the seventh chapter.Chapter 7 analyzes public opinion management strategy of social network based on information ecosystem.This chapter describes the process of early warning,guidance and control of public opinion on social networks,and points out that the management of public opinion on social networks should be carried out in the emergency period of public opinion information dissemination,and in the guidance and dissipation period.Based on the perspective of information ecology,the management strategy of public opinion on social network is proposed,and management implications are proposed respectively from the perspective of information person,information and information environment.From the perspective of information person,the management strategy of ordinary netizens,key nodes and opinion leaders is proposed.From the perspective of information,this paper puts forward the management strategies of emotional polarity and emotional intensity of netizens.From the perspective of information environment,this paper puts forward the control strategy from the perspective of legal policy,ethics and information internal environment.This chapter summarizes the research results of the fourth,fifth and sixth chapters and puts forward targeted management Suggestions.This paper theoretically promotes the construction of the theoretical system of social network public opinion research,deepens the application of information ecology theory in the field of social network public opinion research,and provides theoretical support for strengthening the management of social network public opinion.In practice,based on theoretical research,this paper promotes the construction of early warning and monitoring mechanism for the evolution of social network public opinion events,guides relevant public opinion management departments to conduct network user management and user relationship management.
