The occurrence of public opinion events has become a social fact that can not be ignored in Chinese society.The dissemination and evolution of public opinion on network mainly involves two aspects: one is the spreading of false information – rumors,to study the propagation velocity and the diffusion range of information about public opinion on the social network;another is the evolution of controversial views and perspectives,to study the evolution of people's view or attitude of the public opinion events.In addition,we could not only study the spread and evolution of public opinion on network media,we need to profoundly analysis the interaction effects of network media and traditional media on the dissemination of information and the evolution of opinion about public opinion events,accurately get the dynamic mechanism of propagation and evolution of public opinion,and then take effective control methods and management strategies.Research on the public opinion information propagation model on social networks.In order to study the “spread” or “do not spread” dilemma behavior of agents of public opinion,we first studied the prisoner's dilemma game on complex networks,the co-evolution model of network structure and the prisoner's dilemma game was construsted,and we analyzed the influence of individual sensitivity and visibility on cooperative behavior in the process of the prisoner's dilemma game.Based on the above analysis,the transmission dynamics were combined into the game theory and studied the public opinion dissemination game process on social networks.Furthermore,taking into account the individual behavior and decisions are often affected by many external factors,from the view of society,government and individual,we systematically analyzed all the factors on the impact of public opinion dissemination process,and we did simulation experiments in Facebook,Email and POK three real social network data sets.analyze the social strengthen effect,tie strength,government punishment,punishment cost,punishment strength and individual sensitivity,cognitive ability and other factors on the impact of public opinion dissemination process.The study of public opinion evolution model on social networks.Due to the social reality,the government will introduce authoritative information to guide the trend of public opinion,we first introduce the official nodes to construct discrete opinion evolution model with official nodes,and got self-organizing dynamic equation.Through simulation experiments,we analyzed the influence of the proportion of initial opinion and official nodes,network topology and the level of individual herd phychology on the opinion distribution on steady state.In addition,considering the connection methods between individuals are constantly changing,and individuals can get all of their neighobrs' opinion,we modify the classic Deffuant opinion evolution model and established the co-evolution model of network structure and continuous opinion,analyze the effect of the proportion of initial opinion,tolerance threshold,opinion updating speed and network topology on the opinion diversity and evolution process.Furthermore,we study the public opnion spreding model on multi-level networks.We consider the interaction effects of network media and traditional media.Based on the multi-level networks theory,we constructed a two-layer social network model and studied the public opinion spreading process.The model consists of two layers of networks with one layer is online social network and the other is offline social network.Through theoretical calculation we draw the density of spreaders in steady state,and find that the spreading threshold in two-layer network is larger than in online social network,but smaller than that in offline network.Further,through numerical simulations we find that the two-layer network could enhance the spreading speed and expand the spreading scale under the action of online social network.Besides,the studies about the effect of spreading rate on the density of spreader show that the spreading rate in one layer only affects the spreading process within the same layer but almost have no effect on the spreading process in the other layer,and the number of spreaders that transfers from offline social network is less effective than that from online social network.At last,we do the case study and draw some public opinion control strategies.Take the first flight of the large passenger plane C919 event as a sample case,select the largest amount of forwarding micro-blog sample as the spreading source,we got the the visual spreading path of the sample public opinion event.Through emotional tendency analysis of the selected micro-blog text,get the evolution of micro-blog users' opinion on the sample event.Finally,based on the degree of nodes,k-core,node weight and other types of network statistics,we sorted the influence of nodes in the network,compared the control effect of several kinds of indexes to public opinion,and based on the results,from the view of government,society,media and the public,take multi-dimension public opinion control strategies.
