Research On Satisfaction Degree Of Beijing Residents Harmony And Habitability Based On Internet Public Opinion

When General Secretary Xi Jinping inspected Beijing's work in February 2014,he proposed to clarify the strategic positioning of the city in the new era,adhere to and strengthen the functions of the “national political center,cultural center,international exchange center,and science and technology innovation center” of the capital,and implement the “three Beijings” in depth.The strategy is to build Beijing into a “world-class harmonious and livable capital”,which points the way for future urban development strategies in Beijing and other parts of the country.This paper regards the subjective evaluation of residents as the standard for testing the harmonious and livable environment of the city,and is used to study the residents' satisfaction with the harmonious and livable construction of the city.This is of great significance for enhancing the sense of gain of the masses,clarifying the key points of future urban construction,and promoting the construction process of a harmonious and livable capital.This paper first divides the satisfaction degree of Beijing residents' “harmony and livability” into five research dimensions: urban security,public service,ecological environment,urban harmony and open innovation.Then,the network public opinion data of each research dimension is quantified.The quantization process is divided into three steps:first,using the naive Bayesian classification model to judge the emotional tendency of the public opinion data;second,using the sentiment analysis method to calculate the emotion of the public opinion data.Thirdly,the emotional sentiment of the lyric data is combined with the emotional intensity,and the quantitative scores of the “harmonious and livable”satisfaction of Beijing residents in each research dimension are obtained.By analyzing the five research dimensions and the quantitative scores and their changing trends,the paper draws the following conclusions: First,the effect of harmonious and livable urban construction has gradually emerged,and the residents' perception of the city has improved;second,the residents The problems of urban security and public services are very sensitive.Once the related vicious incidents occur,the people will be dissatisfied and distrustful.Third,the urban air quality seriously affects the residents' satisfaction with the ecological environment,while the government manages the haze,It is necessary to pay attention to the prevention of other bad weather.Fourth,the stability of the employment situation has seriously affected residents' feelings about social equity.It is extremely urgent to maintain a stable employment situation and resolve structural employment conflicts.Fifth,residents' openness to Beijing and its international influence Li and technology innovationcapabilities are quite satisfactory.
