The 2014 Davos Forum, Premier Li Keqiang proposed constructing an innovative country, we would like to take reform and innovation in the east, lift the new wave of "public entrepreneurship".In 2015 the general office of the state council issued the"Guidance on the development of public space to promote the public record of innovation and entrepreneurship.In order to adapt to the the new normal of social and economic development,the state vigorously promote the development of the new engines that "public entrepreneurship, peoples innovation".However, the public practice of innovation and entrepreneurship needs to be guided by the entrepreneurial spirit.Entrepreneurship is the good spirits and positive qualities showing when people are getting a job or start a business. And it’s also the great spiritual force to inspire people to create the career in innovative ways. College students’ entrepreneurship is an important component of the spirits of the age, which core is the ability of reform and innovation. Young students as achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation the Chinese dream of power, must take the entrepreneurial spirit to meet the future study, life and work. Although the practical entrepreneurship education activities are in full swing in our country, most college haven’t paid enough attention at the level of consciousness, so that there is an serious lack of systematization and institutionalization of entrepreneurship cultivation. The political and economic system, traditional ideology, and the lack of education resources becoming the main limiting factors for the development of entrepreneurship cultivation in China.The Chapter four,Summarizes the practical experience of theUnited States and Britain, Japan, Korea, India and other countries entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship nurtured.Based on the reality of our country,the auther put forward the experience enlightenment of entrepreneurial spirit cultivation.
