Research On Cooperative Governance Mechanism Of Community Old-age Care In Intelligent Cities

The problem of aging has gradually become a major issue plaguing the national economy and people’s livelihood,in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress,it was clearly pointed out that the people’s livelihood level should be improved and the grass-roots multi-governance should be strengthened and promoted.However,due to the number and scale of old-age care institutions in China,the traditional custom of old-age care,and the miniaturization of family size,a single institution or home-based care cannot meet the needs of an aging society.Therefore,in the Internet plus era,intelligent urban community endowment has become a solution to the problem of providing for the aged.However,community endowment in intelligent cities needs multi-stakeholder collaborative participation,so this paper studies the cooperative governance mechanism of community endowment in intelligent cities.Some sc holars at home and abroad have begun to analyze the problems of multi-subject collaboration,the construction of intelligent community and intelligent community platform,residents’ participation,residents’ decision-making and coordination mechanism,and self-organizing cultivation.However,new things need a gradual process of understanding and perfection.The author explores and studies the constituent factors,the relationship between Party organizations and government,residents’ autonomous organizations and profit-making and non-profit organizations,as well as the overall operation,motive force and restraint mechanism in the cooperative governance order of community endowment in intelligent cities.An analysis of the mechanism of cooperative governa nce for the elderly in smart city communities.The pension theory started from the national welfare theory,and it has evolved from a national welfare theory to a multiple welfare theory.Affected by the concepts of simplified government decentralization,decentralization of power to the grassroots level,and the concept of multiple co-governance,China’s smart urban community aged care cooperative governance mechanism has also tended to diversify the supply of welfare and multi-subsidized governance.Based on the above theories,based on field research and literature analysis methods,combined with evolutionary games,system dynamics feedback map system simulation and other methods to analyze the cooperative governance mechanism of smart urban community pensi ons.Use game theory to analyze the relationship between the participants in the smart city community from the static and dynamic perspectives,analyze the countermeasures and benefits of each participant,and explore the stable behavior countermeasures between the agents;use the system dynamic feedback map to analyze the pensions in the smart city community Multi-party collaborative governance feedback process,supply and demand feedback process of smart city community pension products and services.Based on the analysis of the cooperative governance mechanism for the elderly in the smart city community,the framework of the cooperative governance mechanism for the elderly in the smart city community was constructed.Its framework includes the smart city co mmunity collaborative governance operating mechanism,smart city community collaborative governance dynamic mechanism and constraint mechanism.The operation mechanism of cooperative governance for the aged in intelligent urban communities is a new thing,and the grounded theory meets the requirements of its theoretical construction.Therefore,based on the analysis of the operation mechanism of the cooperative governance of community endowment in intelligent cities,based on the field survey of Huamao Comm unity in Beijing and Harbin Haran Community,the existing literature is supplemented,through open coding,the original data is open-coded and preliminarily conceptualized;spindle coding(secondary coding)is closely related to the main line of the problem;on the basis of the principal axis coding,the appropriate factors are further screened for selective coding(three-level coding),and theoretical saturation analysis is carried out by using some community survey data in Shenzhen.and then build a smart city The theoretical model of the community elderly cooperative governance mechanism,and its structural relationship and evolutionary game are used to analyze its important relationship and stability.The construction of the driving mechanism and restrain t mechanism for the coordinated governance of the elderly in smart city communities.Based on field surveys in Beijing Sanyimiao Community,Beijing Huamao Community,and Haan Community in Harbin,it supplements the Beijing Lixin Community and some documents and analyzes the source of community elderly motivation.Based on the grounded theory,the analysis of the driving force of smart city community aged care collaborative governance and the constraint mechanism of smart city community aged care collaborati ve governance,through open coding,spindle coding,selective coding,and theoretical saturation analysis,to build a smart city community Motivation and restraint mechanism for the elderly’s collaborative governance.Finally,from the perspectives of operation,motivation and restraint efficiency and security,the countermeasures to improve the efficiency of the coordinated governance mechanism for the elderly in smart city communities are proposed.
