| In recent years,globalization and urbanization have developed rapidly under the promotion of high-tech and information technology.The new topic of intelligent cities has been widely studied and gradually developed into a theory that benefits the country and the people.Community is the basic unit for a city.From another perspective,the essence of the construction and governance of a intelligent city is the construction and governance of a intelligent community.Therefore,different government departments in China have successively introduced various policies and regulations in recent years,and are committed to promoting the construction and governance of intelligent communities.From the results,the development of intelligent communities has adversely affected the governance of urban communities,and has fundamentally promoted the pluralism subjects to collaborate with each other to ultimately improve community governance.Since 2013,W Street in Jiangbei District of Chongqing has begun to formally try to create a intelligent community and build an "E-line" intelligent government service platform in the jurisdiction.Because there is no other example to follow,it has experienced many difficulties in the construction process,which makes it has to take things one step a time.At this stage,the construction and governance of China’s intelligent communities are still in the initial development stage,and theoretical research is still at the elementary level.After consulting and refining the relevant literature,this study clarified the related concepts,and used methods like the literature review,case study,interview communication,comparative analysis and other methods to explore the problems existing in the construction and governance of W Street Intelligent Community.First of all,the thesis analyzes related theories such as intelligent cities and community governance,and combines the advanced experience of intelligent community construction and governance in some areas in China to demonstrate that intelligent communities can greatly promote community governance,and that informationization and technology Intelligence is the basic elements of a intelligent community.Secondly,the thesis analyzes the theory of urban community governance,analyzes the current situation and deficiencies of W street construction governance,and finds out the reasons for the poor construction and governance of intelligent communities.Finally,based on the analysis of the results of the construction and governance of intelligent communities in several cities in China,the reasons for the good results,this study summarized and analyzed the reasons for the good results,and reviewed the existing deficiencies in the construction and governance of intelligent communities in W Street,and the corresponding ones are proposed one by one.The solution provides assistance for the next step in the construction and governance of the W Street Intelligent Community,which can be started from the following two aspects: first,the use of advanced high-tech technology to build an information-based intelligent platform;second,the government takes the lead to,construct a new model of joint governance by enterprises,community social organizations,and residents,so that intelligent community governance can achieve better results. |
