Research On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of RH Subdistrict Governance In The Context Of Intelligent Community

Since the beginning of the 21^st century,the global science and technology revolution and urbanization have been continuously promoted,and the innovation concept and practices of smart cities have been further developed in foreign countries.Community,as the basic unit of city,intelligent community is the main composition of the city.Therefore,all the departments of the Chinese government are committed to promoting the construction of intelligent community,and the development of the intelligence community also has impacted on urban community governance and public service mode.Since 2013,Chongqing Liangjiang New Area RH Subdistrict has started intelligence community building pilot work,and intelligent community construction practice and research are all at the exploratory stage.On the basis of reviewing a large amount of literature,this paper employing the method of investigation and interview,case study,elaborates the present situation of community governance in the context of intelligent community.Firstly,this paper systematically combed the related concepts of intelligent community,community governance,expounded the influences of the intelligent community on community governance,and put forward the importance and necessity of intelligent community construction.Secondly,it applies the new public service theory and the theory of city community governance to analyze the present situation and existing problems of community of RH Subdistrict in the context of intelligent community,and conducts the preliminary evaluation according to the commission effect.Finally,on the basis of references of the intelligence community experiences at home and abroad,in view of the current series of problems of RH Subdistrict,it put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.In the context of intelligence community,this paper carries out in-depth exploration of RH Subdistrict community governance model from the perspective of public management.By means of informatization and intellectualization,it can form the operation mechanism of community governance which can be promoted by the government,enterprises,social organizations and community residents together so as to realize the more efficient intelligent community governance.
