Study On The Big Data Ethic Consciousness And Its Cultivation

The Big Data technology is more and more closely to people’s working and daily life as it grows rapidly with the continuing progress of society and technolegy.The information of normal people with all aspects have been collected classfied and analysed and flowed into the big ocean of the total Big Data which is already very big and grow in a speed that is unbelievable.A new ethic——the Big Data Ethic developed when the social contact coming into the age of Big Data and be influenced by the development and high frequency use of that technology.Contrast to the high speed of the progress of the Big Data technology,the growth rate of the Big Data Ethic is slow,thus comes many ethic disorder in the using of the Big Data technology.We can found many reasons responsible to the disorder phenomenon like technology,economic or the law and one important reason is the Big Data Ethic Consciousness,people havn’t pay much attention,far from enough,to this ethic Consciousness.This consciousness is people’s Consciousness to the whole proceed of the using of the Big Data technology.Consciousness is important.for.that it influence and regulate people’s daily behavior.and it has the.same function in the Big Data area.Therefore it is very important,both therortically and practically,to study the Big Data Ethic Consciousness for it influence people’s social contact in the internet era as well as the development process of the Big Data technology.From the disorder phenomenon of the Big Data Ethic,this thesis analyse the Big Data Ethic Consciousness which is one of the most important reason responsible for the disorder.On the basis of define some relevant concepts,this thesis analyse both the Big Data Ethic and the Big Data Ethic Consciousness in theorize path and from the structure layer.The concept of ethic and ethic Consciousness has been fully discussed and the three layer of the Big Data Ethic Consciousness——Known,Emotion and Will is revealed,thus provide a foundation in the therotical logic aspect to anlysis the the Big Data Ethic Consciousness.On the basis of other reasearcher’s study this paper give an clear definination of the Big Data Ethic Consciousness and conclude the four aspects of its main content and seven features.From that basis,accounting to the three layeres of the Big Data Ethic Consciousness which are Known,Emotion and Will,this thesis point out the main endager in three aspects and its reasons.According to the characteristic of the discipline of Ideological and Political Education which is practice,this thesis study much on the aspects of how to cultivate the Big Data Ethic Consciousness,show its main principles,the three paths to cultivate and seven concrete methods.The main innovation point of this thesis is the new path to study the Big Data ethic by study the Consciousness and its cultivation,analysis its content structure,layer characteristic and cultivation methods systematically.Just as the Ethic Consciousness of people is continuing change with the development of technology,the Big Data Ethic and the Big Data Ethic Consciousness is also in the changing process when the Big Data technology is growing rapidly and have more and more influence in the society.There are so many problems left or emerged to have to be studied.The cultivation methods of the Big Data Ethic Consciousness in this thesis may have some positive affect both in arouse the people’s Consciousness to the the Big Data Ethic and enlarge the study scope of Ideological and Political Education study,it may also could enlighten the practical work by the concrete methods.
