Each action in the data environment will leave traces of data, which makes the time in the "open prison"; big data technologies will occur in conflict with personal privacy to benefit the public interest at the same time; big data technologies making the prediction data will lead to the loss of the individual will; huge digital divide largely undermine social justice. From the perspective of the ethics of responsibility to analyze the reasons for big data technology facing ethical issues, this paper argues that individuals, businesses, governments should take responsibility for the technical aspects of big data, and strengthen legislative supervision.
