The Research On Ethic About Protection Of Individual Privacy In The Context Of The Big Data

With the progress of society,innovation of science and technology,personal privacy issues in the context of big data increasingly was exposed.As one of the basic rights in the modern society,the right of privacy was exposed by the development of productivity and the progress of science and technology.This paper researches from the perspective of ethics under the background of big data privacy protection,aims to analysis under the background of big data privacy from an ethical point of view put forward countermeasures and to avoid privacy disclosure risk and reduce the damage because of the privacy lose,protect the citizen in the network.In the background of big data internet society and traditional society has significant differences,social network as a virtual environment is actually the extension of the social reality,which more "new",more "liberal" than realistic society,we find it difficult to comprehensive overview the old ethics morals and the law of it,and as social network brought about the ethical issues of personal privacy,we in addition to a new perspective to explore,but also to combined with the background of big data to modern standards of ethics to privacy infringement analysis to find a solution.Under the premise of grasping the traditional research direction,this paper discusses the ethical problems and solutions of personal privacy protection under the background of big data through the method of literature analysis and inductive theory research.Firstly,this paper introduces the research purpose and significance of the topic,the domestic and abroad,and describe the main research methods and writing ideas and the innovation of the paper;secondly,the main concepts related to personal privacy and data used in this paper,and the reason of researching big data that presents new features in the network environment;third,the background of the current ethical problems brought the technology of big data into the conflict between this right and the conflict of personal privacy,freedom of speech and privacy,and the right of public.Analysis on ethics from the moral behavior,moral norms and moral norms for the cause of the problem;finally using the Theory of Communication,combined with the ethic theory of China to analyze how to solve the problem of privacy protection,and the put forward the countermeasures.
