Objective:Based on Professor Chen Chaozu's "Five Classics and Five Latitudes" syndrome differentiation method,a symptoms and prescription corresponding digital model was established with "Symptoms?Pathogenesis?Prescriptions".Methods:The first step is to collect artificial intelligence algorithms and the relevant data of Professor Chen Chaozu's "Five Classics and Five Latitudes" syndrome differentiation model,compare and analyze the characteristics of different artificial intelligence algorithms,then select suitable algorithms.The second step is to use Python to extract the pathogenesis elements of the "Five Classics and Five Latitudes" syndrome differentiation model as the model feature,and combine various artificial intelligence algorithms such as neural networks,decision trees,and rule learning to build a model framework.The third step is to sort out and proofread the medical records of Professor Chen Chaozu,formulate screening criteria,and standardize the symptoms,pathogenesis,prescriptions,and herb names of the medical records.The fourth step is to label and digitize the medical record,form a matrix of symptoms,pathogenesis,and prescriptions,and build a database for machine learning.The fifth step is to divide the selected 948 medical records into a training set and a test set,with an allocation ratio of 3:1,a total of 711 samples in the training set,and a total of 237 samples in the test set.Input the training set samples into the model framework to obtain the symptoms and prescription corresponding digital.The sixth step is to input the test set samples into the model to obtain the prescription prediction results,and perform statistical quantitative analysis on the prediction results to verify the accuracy of the model.The seventh step is to perform prescription correspondence analysis on the learning results of the training set according to the "Five Classics and Five Latitudes" dialectical model to verify the rationality of the model.Results:1.Evaluate the accuracy of the symptoms and prescription corresponding digital model.A total of 103 prescriptions appeared in the medical records.The evaluations are: MSE is between 0.002 and 0.238,MAE is between 0.002 and 0.082,R2 is between-0.027 and 0.903,the accuracy rate is between 0.978 and 0.999,the recall rate is between 0.661 and 0.925,and the F-score is between 0.796 and 0.961.The commonly used prescriptions with more accurate predictions(F-score value)are Danggui Shaoyao Powder(0.959),Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(0.958),Wenjing Decoction(0.958),Tiaogan Powder(0.958),and Chaigui Wuling Decoction(0.955),Zhenwu Decoction(0.948),Lizhong Pill(0.93)and so on.2.Evaluate the rationality of the symptoms and prescription corresponding digital model.From the perspective of "Five Classics and Five Latitudes",the results of the study of Professor Chen Chaozu's medical record model were analyzed,and the following results were obtained:(1)The "Five Classics" comparative analysis of pathogenesis.Analyzing the main symptoms and pathogenesis of the five frequently used prescriptions for the heart system,liver system,spleen system,lungs system and kidneys system,it is concluded that Xiaoqinglong Decoction of the lungs system is mainly aimed at the impaired diffusion and downbearing of the lung,and cold rheum lying latent in the lung,but not limited to the lung system.It is used in the fluid disorder pathological changes.The Lizhong Pill of the spleen system is mainly used for the imbalance of spleen and stomach ascending and descending,insufficient Qi and blood formation,or the fluid disorder caused by inadequate movement and transformation.The Zhenwu Decoction of the kidney system is mainly used for Yang deficiency with dampness or inability of Yang deficiency to reduce Qi.The Wenjing Decoction of the liver system is related to Chong and Ren deficiency and cold,and the main symptoms are distributed along the Chong and Ren route.The Zhigancao Decoction of the heart system has less medical records and the correlation is not strong.Lung system Xiaoqinglong Decoction,Spleen System Lizhong Pill,and Kidney System Zhenwu Decoction can transform Qi and fluid,and the main symptoms overlap more.The common pathogenesis of Xiaoqinglong Decoction and Lizhong Pill is lung and spleen dysfunction and the retention of cold and dampness.The common pathogenesis of Xiaoqinglong Decoction and Zhenwu Decoction is the inability of Yang deficiency to reduce body fluid.The common pathogenesis of Zhenwu Decoction and Lizhong Pill is the inability of Yang deficiency to reduce Qi.(2)"One Classics and Five Latitudes" comparative analysis of pathogenesis.Taking the liver system as an example,comparing the main symptoms and pathogenesis of the Qi,blood,and fluid of the liver system,it is concluded from the medical record study that the main symptoms of the Sini Powder are related to the Qi stagnation and the fascial contracture,the main symptoms of the Danggui Shaoyao Powder are related to unfluent blood and fluid.The pathogenesis of Sini Powder and Danggui Shaoyao Powder are related to the fascial contracture both.However,Danggui Shaoyao Powder is biased towards blood and inside,corresponding to the liver and spleen,and Sini Powder is biased towards Qi,inside and outside both,corresponding to all five systems.The main symptom and pathogenesis learned from the Chaiguiwuling Decoction model are related to the disorder of Qi and fluid caused by the abnormal Qi asending,descending,inward and outward movement of the triple energizer.(3)Taking Wutong Decoction as an example,the " Five Classics and Five Latitudes" syndrome differentiation model focuses on the analysis of the related pathogenesis of Qi stagnation.Its characteristics are: simultaneous pathological changes of Qi and fluid,simultaneous pathological changes of Qi and blood,simultaneous pathological changes of Qi and fluid and fascia,and Qi stagnation is often associated with organ deficiency,construction and defense pathology,and usually closely related to the liver,lungs,spleen and kidneys system.Conclusions:1.Professor Chen Chaozu's "Five Classics and Five Latitudes" syndrome differentiation model is suitable as the feature expression of the model framework,which greatly improves the accuracy of the model.Based on the TCM syndrome differentiation model and artificial intelligence algorithm to build a digital symptoms and prescription corresponding digital model is an efficient research method to refine the experience of famous TCM doctors.2.The correspondence between prescriptions and syndromes obtained by model learning has commonality and differences.The commonality and differences are basically consistent with the theoretical analysis,which better reflects the syndrome differentiation model of Professor Chen Chaozu.3.When the number of learning objects of the prescription-correspondence model is limited,some prescriptions in the model still have strong predictive value,such as Danggui Shaoyao Powder,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,Wenjing Decoction,Tiaogan Powder,Chaiguiwuling Decoction,Zhenwu Decoction,Lizhong Pill,etc.,the accuracy rate of the test sets are higher than 0.9.
