Object:Through analyzing the statistics on the frequency of prescriptions used by Professor Huang Huang in the treatment of insomnia, understand his most common formulas used to treat insomnia.Through the summary of the clinical experience of Professor Huang Huang, where he often used formulas Wen Dan Tang,Chai Hu Plus Long Gu Mu Li Tang and Suan Zao Ren Tang, the populations characteristics of above three Jing Fang formulas, the disease spectrum, and the application of the three Jing Fang formulas on insomnia were concluded and analyzed. On the basis of Professor Huang Huang's theory of "formula, disease, person",and through experience from personal cases, comparison was applied:between Wen Dan Tang,Chai Hu plus Long Gu Mu Li Tang, and Suan Zao Ren Tang in combination with acupuncture,or acupuncture alone as a treatment for insomnia. The advantages of Classical Formula combined with acupuncture treatment for insomnia were analyzed and evaluated, thus helping insomnia patients to find more safe and effective treatments that can better alleviate insomnia and its accompanying mental symptoms in the short term. Moreover, under the guidance of the instructor's "correspondence between syndrome and formula" theory, and through clinical observation and research, the prescription of acupuncture and classical formula under the theory of "formula symptoms and signs" is preliminarily explored. Methods:The theoretical part of this study:systematically expounded Zhang Zhongjing and historical doctors's understanding of insomnia. The tutor's experience summary section:collected Professor Huang Huang's medical records, summarized Professor Huang Huang's often used formulas for treat insomnia, and also collected Professor Huang Huang's records of using Wen Dan Tang,Chai Hu Plus Long Gu Mu Li Tang and Suan Zao Ren Tang from January 2018 to April 2019.The applicable populations of the three Classical Formulas and disease spectrum were summarized, thus further improving the understanding of the tutor's "formula, disease, person" theory. The research section:consisted of personal cases between July 2017 to April 2019,where 30 cases of Wen Dan Tang,Chai Hu plus Long Gu Mu Li Tang, and Suan Zao Ren Tang was applied in combination with acupuncture, compared with 30 cases of acupuncture alone as a treatment for insomnia. The advantages of Classical Formula combined with acupuncture treatment for insomnia, and its accompanying mental symptoms, were analyzed and evaluated.Results:1.Professor Huang Huang's experience summary:1.1 The most frequently used prescription in
