Research objectives:The spleen is the root of the acquired nature, and the treatment of the spleen is an important method for the treatment of splenic diseases and syndromes.Based on the ancient literature and modern literature database, this paper discusses the evolution rules of related theories and formulas of spleen syndrome therapy in ancient times, explores the general characteristics of modern spleen syndrome therapy, the constitution characteristics of therapeutic effectiveness and the rules of the relationship between utility and prescriptions.Meanwhile we summarized the development characteristics of some ancient and modern syndromes. In order to enrich the theory of spleen image and provide basis for the clinical treatment of spleen syndrome.Research methods and contents:The ancient literatures were consulted in the first part. The related records of spleen syndrome were sought in 321 ancient medical books mainly from the ancient literature database features of the subject, and the medical books involved were divided by dynasty successively, including the Qin-han dynasty,Wei-jin to Tang dynasty,Song dynasty,Jin-yuan period,Ming-qing dynasty. The representative point of spleen syndrome in five times were studied to evolution rule of ancient spleen syndrome about the formation mechanism and treatment method and clinical application. The data mining of the modern literature was applicated in the second part, modern literature database was to serve as clues, differentiation diseases, treatment, and the formulas and the solution of the utility of medicine related to the spleen syndrome were extracted(utility refers to the specific effect of specific prescription medicine and the resulting formula of specific therapeutic effect). Then the excel data tables were formed. The data mining and ontology map by gephi software were used to study the relationship among the utility, main drug, medicine suit and formulas. This paper analysed the feature of therapeutic utility and application of the formulasthe about the modern spleen syndrome. At the same time, the similarities and differences of the same syndrome treatment between the ancient and modern times were compared to explore the development characteristics of the spleen syndrome treatment in modern times. Results: 1 28 spleen syndromes in the ancient literature were extracted which are consistent with the modern definitionAs early as in the Jin and Yuan dynasties, the word of the spleen syndrome was put forward by Li Dongyuan,a famous physician: qi deficiency of spleen and stomach flows to the kidney so that yin fire can take place of the soil, then the spleen syndrome was derived. The "spleen syndrome" mentioned refers to the spleen-related syndrome of qi deficiency and fever caused by spleen and stomach qi deficiency and internal exuberance of yin fire. This paper inherits the spleen syndrome and applies it to refer to spleen-related syndrome caused by spleen itself or other diseases in general.Referring to the definition standard of modern spleen syndrome,28 specific syndromes were extracted from the literature from Qin-han dynasties to Ming-qing dynasties,including:(1)Spleen deficiency syndrome:(1)Qi deficiency: spleen qi deficiency syndrome, spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome, spleen depression syndrome, spleen non-uniform blood syndrome, spleen qi deficiency and wind movement syndrome, spleen and lung qi deficiency syndrome;(2)Yang deficiency syndrome: spleen yang deficiency syndrome, spleen and stomach yang deficiency syndrome, spleen yang deficiency of wind syndrome, spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome;(3)Yin deficiency syndrome: spleen and stomach yin deficiency syndrome, spleen yin deficiency syndrome;(4)Qi-blood deficiency syndrome: heart and spleen qi-blood deficiency syndrome;(2)Splenic sthenia syndrome: syndrome of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach, syndrome of phlegm-damp blocking middle jiao, syndrome of splenic sthenia, syndrome of phlegm and heat of spleen, syndrome of cold dampness trapped spleen, syndrome of wind-cold syndrome in spleen meridian, syndrome of wind obstruction and phlegm and stagnation;(3)Syndrome of intermingled deficiency and excess: syndrome of water overflowing due to spleen-stomach yang deficiency, syndrome of water overflowing due to spleen yang deficiency, syndrome of yang deficiency and qi stagnation due to spleen-stomach yang deficiency,spleen-stomach Yang deficiency and food accumulation syndrome,spleen-yang deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome,spleen-13-deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome, syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency, syndrome of dryness-heat injuring fluid. All the splenic syndromes are associated with the inability to perform the physiological functions of the spleen, such as dysfunction of spleen in transportation, spleen failing to manage blood, and spleen failing to ascend clear. In the course of disease occurrence, all these factors are closely related to spleen, such as diet, emotion, fatigue and phlegm. The basic principle of maintaining and protecting spleen and stomach should be kept in mind.In the syndrome of spleen qi deficiency, doctors all attached importance to the role of spleen qi in the occurrence of syndromes, and the specific syndrome type can be the variable syndrome of spleen qi deficiency.Treatment of supplement qi was as the basic treatment and the specific medicine use was based on sijunzi decoction. At the same time,qi deficiency syndrome of spleen and stomach,qi deficiency syndrome of spleen, spleen non-uniform blood syndrome, spleen qi deficiency and wind movement syndrome are supplemented by warming yang and nourishing yin on the basis of replenishing qi.The occurrence mechanism of diseases were caused by the mutual influence among Yang,Yin and Qi.Syndrome of deficiency of spleen qi,syndrome of deficiency of spleen and stomach qi and syndrome of moving wind due to deficiency of spleen qi were all recognized that the occurrence and development of syndrome were closely related to dampness and the treatment was tonifying without stagnation. The treatment of syndrome of deficiency of spleen and stomach qi,sinking of spleen qi and syndrome of moving wind due to deficiency of spleen qi were all supplement qi combined with rising qing.In addition, doctors also recognized that spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome can involve the stomach acceptance and the essence of qi and blood. So the treatment was also to strengthen the stomach, promote digestion, enrich and nourish blood.Spleen and lung qi deficiency syndrome was also to nourish lung. The treatment of spleen non-uniform blood syndrome was also involved hemostasis, nourishing the spleen and kidney synchronously, nourishing the heart and spleen synchronously.Relieving dizziness was also involved in the treatment of syndrome of moving wind due to deficiency of spleen qi.In the syndrome of spleen Yang deficiency, doctors all attached importance to the role of spleen Yang in the process of syndrome occurrence, and the specific syndrome type can all be-14-the transformation of spleen yang deficiency. The treatment is mainly based on the basic treatment of warming middle plus with dehumidification to help restore spleen yang. The specific medicine are dried ginger, aconite, evodia officinalis, attica attica, and fuling. At the same time, warming yang and dehumidification were the basic treatment of spleen yang deficiency syndrome, spleen and stomach yang deficiency syndrome, spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome, accompanying with nourishing qi and yang. The spleen and kidney were nourished simultaneously in spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome,spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome and syndrome of moving wind due to deficiency of spleen yang.During the treatment of spleen yang deficiency syndrome and spleen and stomach yang deficiency syndrome, the treatment of yang deficiency and qi stagnation by means of promoting the circulation of qi was gradually drawing attention. In addition, spleen yang deficiency syndrome involved the liver, gallbladder, large intestine so that the doctor cured the diarrhea by astringent bowel. The syndrome of spleen and stomach yang deficiency mostly involved heart, liver and kidney.Reinforcing yang from yin was also the the treatment of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome. The medicine to dispel wind and dampness was used in the syndrome of spleen yang deficiency and wind motion is also used to treat syndrome of moving wind due to deficiency of spleen yang.In the syndrome of spleen-yin deficiency, both the syndrome of spleen-yin deficiency and the syndrome of spleen-stomach yin deficiency can be caused by the fire injury of body fluid, and doctors all attached importance to the role of spleen-yin deficiency in the process of syndrome occurrence. The specific medicine mainly included radix ophiopogonis, dendrobium, yam and anemarrhenae. In addition, sweet and tasteless thing were nourished in spleen yin deficiency syndrome or sweet tasteless mild tonification,or cold and warm were combined. Then nourishing spleen yin was the basis accompanying with nourishing qi and warming yang.On the basis of nourishing the yin of spleen and stomach, the syndrome of spleen and stomach yin deficiency focused on restoring the yin of spleen and stomach by clearing the heat of stomach. In the category of excessive spleen syndrome, doctors all attached importance to the role of phlegm dampness and qi movement in the process of syndrome occurrence, and all the treatments involved the methods of resolving phlegm and water-dampness and promoting qi.And the specific medicine included pinellia ternata, tangerine peel, poria cotta and fructus aurantii. Not only can the evidence transform mutually, but also can lead to qi deficiency and qi stagnation. The syndrome of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach, syndrome of splenic sthenia, syndrome of phlegm and heat of spleen were also easy to change into Yin deficiency, while syndrome of phlegm-damp blocking middle jiao, syndrome of cold dampness trapped spleen, syndrome of wind-cold syndrome in spleen meridian were also easy to change into yang deficiency. The medicine about nourishing spleen qi was used to promote spleen movement in excessive spleen syndrome except for the syndrome of wind-obstructed phlegm and stagnation. The treatment of wind-obstructed phlegm and stagnation syndrome mainly focused on resolving phlegm, relieving wind and regulating qi movement.Clearing heat and nourishing yin existed in the syndrome of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach, syndrome of splenic sthenia, syndrome of phlegm and heat of spleen. The treatment of syndrome of phlegm-damp blocking middle jiao, syndrome of cold dampness trapped spleen, syndrome of wind-cold syndrome in spleen meridian was warming Yang and removing cold.In addition, heart and spleen were treated at the same time indampness-heat in spleen and stomach. The wind medicine was used to clear the upper orifices and the cathartic drug purged heat in excessive spleen syndrome. In syndrome of intermingled deficiency and excess of spleen, spleen qi deficiency, spleen yang deficiency or spleen yin deficiency was the basic pathogenesis, which was formed due to excessive syndrome from deficiency syndrome. And liver depression and spleen deficiency can also be formed by liver fire attack or liver wood with water suffused spleen soil.In the syndrome of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation, liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, the methods of invigorating qi,activating qi and removing dampness were all applied. In addition, spleen deficiency qi stagnation syndrome attached importance to warm yang to help temper, liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome focuses on liver tenderness.Spleen yang deficiency syndrome, spleen yang deficiency water pan-black water card, spleen yang deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome, spleen yang deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome, spleen yang deficiency dyspepsia were explored, tonifying qi,resolving dampness, medicine commonly used aconite root, dried ginger,acid-insoluble ash, poria cocos, etc. And spleen yang deficiency water pan card often was to drink water often full of parked, pain or stomach qi stuck down syndrome, spleen yang deficiency water pan card with pixu(spleen deficient)transport and dereliction of duty and water flooding skin disease.Yang deficiency of spleen and stomach qi stagnation syndrome were also to promote blood circulation and help qi.Rhubarb can be used to relieve heat in both the syndrome of yang-deficiency of spleen and stomach and the syndrome of desiccation and heat.Desiccated heat and fluid injury of gastrointestinal desiccated heat and spleen and fluid damage, treating heat and qi,at the same time do not forget to moisten spleen, stomach, lung and intestine. In short, based on the complex pathogenesis of syndrome of spleen deficiency and excess inclusion, the treatment is often combined with nourishing and purgation,warming-conditioning,nourishing and promoting.2 The historical evolution rules of 16 major spleen syndromes were summarizedWe summarized the following syndromes: spleen qi deficiency syndrome, spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome, spleen and lung qi deficiency syndrome, sinking of spleen qi syndrome, syndrome of failure of spleen to control blood, spleen yang deficiency syndrome, spleen and stomach yang deficiency syndrome, spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome, spleen yin deficiency syndrome, spleen and stomach yin deficiency syndrome,qi-blood deficiency pattern of heart and spleen syndrome, syndrome of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach, excessive spleen syndrome, syndrome of cold-dampness disturbing spleen, spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome and syndrome of water overflowing due to spleen yang deficiency. This 16 syndromes recorded in the related theory of ancient books, the dynasty's continuity is better and more helpful to explore its historical evolution, the theory and the evolution law of treatment for longitudinal summary is as follows: 2.1 Spleen qi deficiency syndromeIn the Qin-han dynasties, the syndrome name of qi deficiency was put forward, which mainly manifested as spleen deficiency and qi deficiency. In treatment,it is recommended to supplement qi with sweet medicine. From Wei-jin to Tang dynasties, the description of spleen qi deficiency syndrome increased the abnormal expression of qi mechanism of spleen and stomach. The treatment in Song dynasty paid attention to the combination of temperature-nourishing and temperature-warming,supplemented by the wet qiification method. In the Ming-qing dynasties, the description of qi deficiency syndrome increased the symptoms of yin blood deficiency, and the treatment was not limited to qi and yang supplementation, but increased the proportion of dampening medicine compared with that of Song dynasty. It can be seen that the syndrome of blood deficiency and phlegm dampness caused by qi deficiency has been paid much attention by doctors.2.2 Spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndromeQi deficiency of spleen and stomach appeared in Qin-han dynasties, which was more prone to blood deficiency than qi deficiency of spleen and stomach. In the treatment, with qi and blood as the principle; In the Song dynasty, the treatment of qi deficiency in the spleen and stomach was mainly based on the supplement of Hua Tuo in the Han dynasty.During the Jin-yuan dynasties,Li Dongyuan treated spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome, inheriting Zhang Yuansu's medication theory of "wind rising" and "wet forming".In the Ming-qing dynasties, the treatment was mainly to supplement the temperature and yang, and at the same time did not forget to promote the production of body fluid,it can be seen that doctors began to pay attention to yin and yang and yang qi phase when treating spleen and stomach qi deficiency.2.3 Spleen and lung qi deficiency syndromeIn Tang dynasty,Sun Simiao advocated to strengthen spleen qi by supplementing lung qi.Ming-qing dynasties, the doctor has realized that not only lung disease can be transmitted to the spleen, spleen disease can also be transmitted to the lung,so Zhang Jingyue applicated Sheng Mai SAN to tonify qi and yin, which could prevent qi yin two injury changes.2.4 Sinking of spleen qi syndromeIn the Qin-han dynasties, doctors described the sinking of spleen qi as the failure of spleen and disorder of qi.During the Jin-yuan dynasties,Li Dongyuan used wind medicine to help the spleen to rise and raise yang qi.Ming-qing dynasties, formally put forward the "qi depression" card name, the doctor recognized that the spleen qi depression could develop for spleen not all blood,Zhang Jingyue followed the use of buzhong yiqi soup treatment of blood dysenia. At the same time create yuan decoction specifically in tonifying qi.2.5 Syndrome of failure of spleen to control bloodDuring the Qin-han dynasties, doctors realized that deficiency of spleen energy and deficiency of spleen yang could lead to abnormal blood flow in the spleen.Zhang Zhongjing to the loess decoction in the run, cold and warm together, spleen yang and yin blood supplement;Sun Simiao of Tang dynasty took the combination of cold and warm as the leading idea, and developed on the basis of the combination of invigorating qi and moderating temperature, cooling blood and hemostasis and moderating temperature and hemostasis.Meanwhile,he added a small amount of medicine to nourish blood, practice qi and blood,to treat the spleen non-uniform blood syndrome caused by spleen qi deficiency and spleen yang deficiency.Song dynasty doctors inherited Sun Simiao's method of spleen and kidney supplementing, treating spleen and blood. The Yuan dynasty expanded the treatment scope of guipi decoction to treat blood syndrome caused by deficiency of heart and spleen. In the Ming-qing dynasties, medical experts,on the basis of their predecessors, realized that fire evil could force blood to act rashly and cause bleeding, and combined with spleen yang deficiency and spleen qi deficiency could also lead to spleen non-unification of blood.Spleen not to integrate blood and spleen yin deficiency can affect each other for disease, treatment to strengthen the spleen, warm spleen yang, with yang, spleen yin, blood and biochemical active.2.6 Spleen yang deficiency syndromeIn the Qin-han dynasties, spleen yang deficiency syndrome was characterized by deficiency of cold and negligence of spleen movement.During Wei-jin to Tang dynasties, doctors realized that spleen yang deficiency could involve the function of liver, gallbladder, large intestine and other organs. On the basis of warming the spleen and dampening the spleen,it is a general method to relieve the cold accumulation. There was no obvious change in the treatment of spleen yang deficiency syndrome in Song dynasty by warming yang, invigorating qi and qiifying dampness. In the Jin-yuan dynasties, compared with the Wei-jin dynasties to the Tang dynasty,it was mainly composed of temperature-dispersing cold and temperature-changing yin, rather than attacking stagnation. In the Ming-qing dynasties,on the basis of the predecessors, doctors began to identify the syndrome of spleen yang deficiency by four diagnoses, and the treatment method of warming and regulating qi was paid attention to,and the application status of magnolia officinalis officinalis was improved.Regulating qi in temperature, filling without stagnation, further improve the effect of warming and toning.2.7 Spleen and stomach yang deficiency syndromeIn the Qin-han dynasties, the pathogenesis of yang-deficiency of spleen and stomach was the deficiency-cold of the spleen and stomach,as well as the loss of harmony in ying wei and the liver subjugating spleen.During the Wei-jin to Tang dynasties, the main treatment method was to warm the spleen and reduce the dampness of qiification.During the Song dynasty, taiping shenghui fang put forward a text similar to modern spleen and stomach yang deficiency syndrome.Doctors realized that yang deficiency of spleen and stomach often involved in the heart, and became cold pain in the abdomen.During the Jin-yuan dynasties,at the same time of warming middle yang and qi.To warm the kidney to tonify yang;During the Ming-qing dynasties, there were more prescriptions to treat yang deficiency of spleen and stomach, and the status of qi regulating medicine was improved.2.8 Spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndromeDuring the Jin-yuan dynasties,Li Dongyuan mentioned in on spleen and stomach that spleen-kidney yang deficiency developed from spleen-kidney yang deficiency. In the Ming-qing dynasties,Zhang Jingyue enriched the formation mechanism of spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome, and proposed that "fire of the life door declines, but no soil is born",and advocated that kidney yang deficiency can lead to spleen yang deficiency, and then form spleen and kidney yang deficiency.Yu Genchu enriched the symptoms and manifestations of spleen and kidney yang deficiency, and advocated the combination of invigorating qi and warming yang in treatment.2.9 Spleen yin deficiency syndromeDuring the Qin-han dynasties, the principle of nourishing yin was put forward.During the Jin-yuan dynasties,Zhu Danxi clearly put forward the meaning of spleen yin deficiency.Alcohol consumption is one of the causes of spleen yin deficiency.Putting forward "Yang often surplus,Yin often insufficient" was the beginning that spleen Yin was taken seriously;During the Ming-qing dynasties, the theory of spleen yin was fully developed.Doctors realized that the physiological functions of spleen yin were closely related to the spleen's function of regulating the circulation and regulating the blood.2.10 Syndrome of spleen and stomach yin deficiencyFrom Wei-jin and Tang dynasties, the use of millet diet to cure Yin deficiency of spleen and stomach; In the Ming-qing dynasties,it was put forward that yin deficiency of spleen and stomach was mainly caused by improper use of hot desiccant agent or damage of stomach and stomach heat.Treatment mainly to diarrhea and stomach heat and complex spleen and stomach yin.2.11 Qi-blood deficiency pattern of heart and spleen syndromeIn Qin-han dynasties, gastrointestinal diseases can extend to the heart and spleen, while the heart and spleen are injured. In Song dynasty,Yan Yonghe originated decoction, which mainly treated deficiency of heart and spleen by supplementing qi and nourishing blood. In Ming dynasty,Zhang Jingyue put forward a different viewpoint from Qin-han dynasties, that the deficiency of heart and spleen can affect the stomach.Wu Cheng and Xue Ji both realized the close relationship between heart and spleen,so Xue Ji further improved Yan's guipi decoction and added mind-nourishing and mind-soothing medicine to achieve the effect of heart-spleen mutual treatment.2.12 Syndrome of dampness-heat of spleen and stomachIn the Qin-han dynasties, the treatment of dampness and heat of spleen and stomach in treatise on febrile diseases was based on the principle of tongli erbian and was represented by artemisia decoction. In the Song dynasty, the treatment of dampness and heat in spleen and stomach was based on the principle of clearing heat and improving water circulation. In terms of the formation mechanism of dampness and heat syndrome of spleen and stomach in the Jin-yuan dynasties,Liu Wansu believed that wet spontaneous heat was generated, which was combined with dampness and heat.According to Zhu Danxi, dampness and heat of spleen and stomach are related to six qi and different regions.Li Dongyuan believed that it was formed by diet and overwork, which damaged the spleen and stomach and combined with the external evil of dampness and heat.In terms of treatment,Liu Wansu used laborious cold medicine to improve qi,lower qi,dampness and heat.Li Dongyuan applied sweet, bitter and light medicine to supplement qi and strengthen the dampness and heat.In the Ming-qing dynasties,Zhang Jingyue paid attention to the observation of dampness and heat syndrome in the process of diagnosis.Ye Tianshi paid attention to the tongue diagnosis of dampness and heat of spleen and stomach.Treatment,to clear urine and divide treatment of hot and humid focus. At the same time,Xue Xue expanded the syndrome differentiation of dampness and heat to three jiao and wei qi ying blood, making the treatment more targeted and in-depth development.2.13 Excessive spleen syndromeIn Tang dynasty, the symptoms of spleen heat syndrome emphasized the deficiency of qi mechanism, and the principle was to clear heat, strengthen spleen and change dampness,so as to achieve the effect of clearing heat and promoting qi.In the Song dynasty "taiping sheng hui fang",the treatment of spleen heat syndrome, always took clearing heat and nourishing yin as the principle,at the same time made good use of cohosh, bupleurum, big green and other wind medicine,to induce heat-clearing properties up to the mouth, xuanfuhua to induce heat down,to solve the heat of up orifices; In the Ming-qing dynasties,in the prescriptions used to treat the syndrome of spleen solid heat, more and more medicines were used to regulate qi to relieve stomach qi,and to solve the problems caused by the obstruction of spleen and stomach qi machine, such as not eating, phlegm stagnation, obstruction of chest obstruction,qi fullness, abdominal distension,etc.2.14 Syndrome of cold-dampness disturbing spleenThe cold dampness trapped spleen described in tai ping sheng hui fang in Song dynasty co-existed with the superficial syndrome, and created huoxiang zhengqi powder to treat the syndrome of external cold and internal injury dampness stagnation. In the Ming-qing dynasties, doctors mainly warmed the spleen and stomach to relieve cold and dampness.2.15 Spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndromeIn Hua Tuo Shen Fang of the Qin-han dynasties, there was a description of qi dropout of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation.During the Jin-yuan dynasties,Li Dongyuan also mentioned in his treatise on spleen and stomach that people with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation could not eat and would not be adjusted.2.16 Syndrome of water overflowing due to spleen yang deficiencyIn the Qin-han dynasties,Zhongjing used guizhi qu shaoyao and maxin fuzi decoction to treat yang deficiency of spleen and stomach in the synopsis of the golden cavity. For the treatment of epiqitric pain due to the deficiency of spleen and stomach and the flooding of water,in the Tang dynasty, there is not only the symptomatic treatment of warm and yang, but also the combination of qi tonic medicine, which makes the spleen and stomach healthy and water melt, fundamentally treating the flooding of water.3 Explore the law of the therapeutic effect of spleen syndrome and the relationship between the effect and prescription 3.1 Main therapeutic efficacy characteristics of spleen syndromeIn the process of treating spleen syndrome from the spleen, the therapeutic effects are characterized by tonifying qi and blood, nourishing Yin and transporting spleen, warming up and lowering turbidity, and promoting qi and blood circulation. The effects of promoting middle qi and supplementing spleen and stomach qi,supplementing blood and supplementing spleen and stomach qi are often used in combination with each other. That is to say,the treatment of spleen syndrome is mainly based on the combination of ascending and supplementing spleen and stomach qi and treating qi and blood together, which is based on the effects of supplementing spleen and stomach qi.3.2 Relationship between therapeutic effects of spleen syndrome and medicine, drug pairs and drug compatibilityDuring the treatment of splenic syndrome, the selected therapeutic effects all have their corresponding most commonly used medicine, drug pairs and compatibility. In accordance with the spleen and stomach qi supplement the utility, eliminating phlegm to water wet utility, line of spleen and stomach qi utility, and utility of the blood, removing middle yang utility, distinguish the turbid utility, and utility of the yin clear heat and inverse utility, transport spleen and digestion fectiveness, human hemostatic effect,qi utility for the order, the most commonly used medicine and its corresponding respectively: atractylodes, poria cocos, dried tangerine or orange peel, angelica, aconite, coix seed, dwarf lilyturf, pinellia, malt, atractylodes, radix bupleuri; The most common drug pair are: poria cocos and atractylodes, poria cocos and poria cocos, bupleurum and rhizoma sinensis, astragalus and angelica, galangal and aconite, cohosh and bupleurum, herb fruit and alisma, raw ground and donejiao, semen radish and shenqu, dendrobium and ginseng, ginger and pinellia ternata. The most commonly used compatibility respectively(including line no common compatibility of spleen and stomach qi utility),dangshen, tuckahoe, atractylodes, atractylodes, coix seed, poria cocos, angelica, atractylodes, astragalus root, dried tangerine or orange peel,aconite,evodia-23-rutaecarpa,atractylodes,cohosh,radix bupleuri, semen plantaginis, atractylodes, poria cocos, folium artemisiae argyi,atractylodes,donkey-hide gelatin, hawthorn, radish seed, the divine comedy, caulis dendrobii, radix ophiopogonis, straight ladybell,acid-insoluble ash, ginger, pinellia tuber.4 The similarities and differences of theories and treatments of the same spleen syndrome in ancient and modern times are summarizedAccording to the similarities and differences of the main medicine used in the treatment of spleen and heart qi and blood deficiency, spleen yang deficiency, spleen and kidney yang deficiency,dampness-heat of spleen and stomach in ancient and modern times,it can be seen that modern medical practitioners have inherited the treatment thoughts of ancient medical practitioners, and developed and changed on the basis of them.4.1 Treat deficiency syndrome of heart and spleen qi and blood, and raise astringent qi and bloodAncient and modern doctors in the treatment of heart and spleen qi and blood deficiency syndrome, are using qi and blood dual tonic method, filling but not stagnation. On the basis of this, modern doctors also apply the medicine of raising and fixing astringency, which can not only prevent qi deficiency and depression, but also prevent qi deficiency and blood dereliction of duty from bleeding, making qi and blood solid and further improving the syndrome of qi and blood deficiency.4.2 Spleen yang deficiency syndrome, pay attention to yang qi depressionAncient and modern doctors in the treatment of spleen yang deficiency syndrome, are treated to supplement the temperature of yang, line qi ification wet, prevent yang deficiency and water wet.In addition, modern medical practitioners better through rising to raise the qi and yang, more can prevent yang deficiency qi depression change.Visible treatment of spleen yang deficiency syndrome, modern doctors pay more attention to the close relationship between qi and yang.4.3 Spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome treatment, promoting qi in tonifyingIn the treatment of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome, both ancient and modern doctors take warming yang and tonify qi.At the same time, modern doctors also help Yang by promoting the circulation of qi,warming and tonifying were closed to promoting the circulation of qi in the treatment of spleen and kidney yang deficiency, which can prevent yang deficiency and dampness stagnation and promote replenishing without stagnation.4.4 Syndrome of dampness and heat in spleen and stomach, especially for removing dampness and heatIn the treatment of dampness and heat syndrome of spleen and stomach, ancient and modern doctors all take clearing heat and dampness, strengthening spleen and qi as the main treatment. The difference is that the ancient medical use of water by the powerful medicine promote heat and humidity from the bottom;Modern doctors specialize in heat and humidity. The above conclusions are only based on the comparison of limited literatures, and the treatment of specific syndromes still needs to be combined with clinical syndromes. Conclusion: 1 In the development process of ancient theories related to different spleen syndromes, generality and individuality coexistThe 28 spleen syndromes are divided into three categories, including spleen deficiency syndrome, splenic sthenia syndrome and deficiency and excess syndrome, among which spleen deficiency syndrome includes qi deficiency syndrome,Yang deficiency syndrome and Yin deficiency syndrome.Spleen-deficiency is a foundation for the formation of a temper deficiency syndrome type of syndrome, tonifying qi is the basic treatment of spleen deficiency type.Besides, the spleen Yin,spleen Yang, the origin, the rise and fall of qi activity are major factors needed for treatment. In addition, the production of qi and blood, endogenous wind subsided, such as heart, lung and kidney tonic,is also closely related with spleen de...
